Super location with a view to mountains. The staff is very helpful and kind. The dinners are great with several course meals in a romantic setting with open sky and fireplace. Nothing to add or take away. We felt so welcomed - the staff ensured that we feel special.
Our stay was fantastic! The location and views are breathtaking all day and evening. The breakfast and diner are amazing, everything is freshly prepared by the owner and the best you can eat in Theth for sure. The rooms were beautiful, new and clean. Even the laundry smelled nice. Every night the fireplace was lit, with blankets for everyone. You immerse yourself in luxury here but with a homely and cozy feeling. And the owners and staff are very nice and hospitable! Thank you for everything!
The views are spectacular. The food is home made by Drita and is the best we’ve had in Albania with an extra touch of good Italian Coffee. The overall atmosphere is very homely and welcoming. Plus is also the cozy fireplace in each room. Gjon is a great host that knows much about the area and things to do.

1. Breakfast was plenty, delicious and on time. Aleks had everything ready, nicely arranged on tables when we got there.
2. The view, oh my God, from inside the villa and in front of it, everything was breathtaking.
3. Clean, high quality furinished and tasteful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The chimney made the stay very romantic. The villa was warm and cosy.
4. The pictures cannot capture the beauty of this place.
It has a very comfortable bed first of all. The shower has plenty of hot water. The fireplace is wonderful for winter but you have to know a little how to place a fire and to manage the smoke but that’s not a difficult task for us Albanians 😄. The view is breath taking the villa is nice and cozy. The host Alex of course is one of the best out there. There is a waterfall near there you have to go by car anyway and to hike a little the mountain but it is a breathtaking view.

Probably the best place I stayed in for a long time
The location is beautiful and the asphalt road lies to close proximity with the property. No problems reaching it with a normal car. It offers a cozy mountain cabin vibe with great views of the alps, clean and comfy. The staff is polite and offers the warm traditional Albanian hospitality. The delicious food is a bonus ;)
This property is located on a wonderful hill overlooking the valley. It is surrounded by greenery and mountain views. The rooms are so cozy and made of wood. The room is well equipped with a modern bathroom and all the necessary amenities are given. The outdoor seating makes a perfect romantic location to have food. The breakfast served is traditional and can keep you full for the entire day. We also chose to have dinner here with nice wine.
