Everything. Feeled welcome. Checked before arriving on arrival time and sent video showing us the venue and were our bedroom is.
Just a small town,very peaceful. Waterberg zipline was not far and we enjoyed it. The town is also close to Belabela for other activities. It was difficult to find places to groove when i searched on internet. We were physically looking for places to enjoy Saturday night and we bumped in to Bela bela lodge. We had fun.

It is very beautiful place with lots of mountains,,it is a go to place when you want to experience the beaty of nature .its so easy to get to modimolle using N1 but I would recommend using R101 as it passes through bela bela.

We loved the house, the garden view, the game drive was our highlight and the staff is amazing 🤩 We took more million photos my kids loved the swimming pool, We were supposed to go to the jacuzzi but something was wrong with it, hopefully next time we will get a chance to go in. The only thing that was off was the network coverage we struggled a lot, turns to be on and off other than that we happy I’d give it 10/10 ***** 5 star ⭐️

Good location, just two and a half hours out of JHB with lots to do in the surrounding area. Anything from mountain biking, bird watching , game drives, fine dining or just relaxing next to the pool with a good book and a cold one.

I like that it's a private and quiet place surrounded by nature. It's a good and relaxing place. My favorite place was at the pool side. We enjoyed food at their restaurant and drinks at the bar was affordable.

Clean and comfortable rooms, some rooms only have showers, so if you prefer a bath you'll have to specify on your booking.
Breakfast was lekker, and the area is well set up.
Luxurious restaurant and bar, pricing at the restaurant stings a bit but the bar is affordable.
Enjoyed the fireplace, it's big.. There's room for everyone. But the cushions are wearing out. Some fresh one would be great.
There's back up in case of load shedding.
No running out of water, like in some hotels.
Wonderful place just outside Modimolle.
Large manor-house with atmosphere. Comfortable room with all facilities you need. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Nice little veranda.
The owner was very nice - excellent service.
We were allowed to use the barbecue, where we prepared our meal over open fire. A very romantic experience to sit at the veranda and enjoy the african evening.
This place is highly recommendable. We will definitely come back next time.
Large thatched bungalow called Stone cottage had an open air braai area with a separate two burner gas stove. The ceiling fan worked perfectly to cool the room. Very quiet and private and a herd of impala on the property. Close to both Modimolle and Bela Bela. The rock pool is shared between 3 different units. Friendly owners. No mosquitoes but lovely squirrels in adjoining trees.

From the moment we arrived untill the moment we left we felt comfortable and it was like visiting friends instead of staying at a corporate hotel.
The location is wonderful, peaceful, relaxing and still able to enjoy the great selection of wildlife while sitting on the veranda, wonderful. We were 30min from town of Modimolle with ample supplies for our stay.
Breakfast was beautiful very nice cooked and also the supper timing is perfect. If you want to relax ur mind and have peace i would go back to the hotel and have a beautiful peaceful time there.
Everything, the owners can teach South Africa service industry what is quality service.Big hotel chains such Protea, Holiday Inn Anew can learn a lot from this place
