By far the best accomodation during our road-trip with 7 different places we stayed. The location is perfect, only 1 (!) minute from the shore, very very quiet neighbourhood, parking available. The appartment had everything we needed, we were welcomed with a bottle of whine and some rusks (thanks for that!). The kitchen was well equipped, had coffee and milk, the rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The price was very reasonable. We will come back one day for sure!

Footprints in Kleinmond is lovely. The hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make things comfortable. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Each room was well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and delicious rusks. Its not on the beach but so close that it might as well be (and what a beautiful beach it is). Footprints offer an upstairs self catering unit which looks like it has a sea view. I can see why that option would be treasured.

Kleinmond is a quaint town with a lovely beach. Locals are friendly and eager to help. It has interesting shops and good restaurants, especially near the old harbour. We had an incredible meal at KabelJoe's and hot, fresh fish and chips at Vannie Hoek Fish Market. You can enjoy eating it in an authentic small fishing boat while watching the waves break against the rocks at the old harbour. Don't forget the ice cream next door!

There are lovely coastal walks and stunning hikes in the mountains all around. It's close to Hermanus, as well as several farm stalls. It's a clean and neat little town, with a couple of nice restaurants, bookshops and the best fabric store I've even been into!

Kleinmond is one of my favourite places outside of Cape Town. Usually, we come here 2 to 3 times a year for camping at the Palmiet Lagoon. The harbour is small, but beautiful with restaurants and little local shops.

When we booked Klein Monde Guesthouse, we thought it was...
When we booked Klein Monde Guesthouse, we thought it was going to be a single apartment. What we received was a whole house, complete with 4 bedrooms and en-suites to three of the rooms. It was really cold that weekend and sadly there were no electric blankets or heaters in the house although there were hot water bottles provided.
Overall the stay was really nice, the house is beautiful and location is peaceful. I will definitely be booking again, maybe next time for a much longer period.

Not too far from Cape Town and there is a Supermarket which means you do not have to carry all your food and drinks with you. Full bedding is also ideal, not too far from Harbour restaurants and curio shops,

Nice drive from Gordon's Bay route around the beach. Dont forget to stop by Stony point to have a look @ penguins. Enjoyed horse riding at Hankip on your way to Botriver, very affordable. Hermanus has a new habour, its happening, lits lit. Kleinmond has a lagoon, hire a boat they will assist you paddle. I enjoyed the park that is next to the beach, where u can have some family time, braai and play
This guesthouse is the perfect getaway close to home with all the benefits of being in a hotel. The hosts are lovely - friendly, welcoming and respectful! The accommodation is great - the rooms are a good size, the breakfast is yummy and the grounds are well maintained and delightful to relax in. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and are fully kitted with everything you need and the products are such good quality! This is the second time we've stayed and the service was consistently great! We will be back for sure!
The location is absolutely prime! Stones throw from the ocean, a short commute between Betty’s Bay and Kleinmond, and all necessary amenities close by. The room I stayed in was in perfect condition, with a stunning view out the front window as well. My hosts were absolutely brilliant! Going far above and beyond to accommodate me, and even going the extra mile to make sure I arrived safely to my event when my cab cancelled last minute. I cannot rave about the Wooden Leg accommodation, and it’s incredible hosts, any more!
Everything was excellent. The detail e.g. fresh bread and wine on arrival was more than we expected. We were there during the storm and when we booked out on the Monday he said we are welcome to come back if the roads were closed which was the case. Tom accompanied is for another night without wanting to accept payment for the night. The view, the apartment, everything was exceptional. We will stay at no other place in future in Kleinmond. Thanks for your hospitality!

Marinda and team have really thought of everything one could need and have made this a home away from home.
The unit was clean with a lovely surprise when we arrived, a bottle of wine, some rusks, lindt balls and fresh lemons.
We would definitely return to Villa le Roc for another stay and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Kleinmond
The cottage is very cute and well equipped. There is everything you need for a few days stay. The bed is very comfortable, the view over the countryside and mountains is superb. Kleinmond is just 5 min away drive. I felt very safe and it was peaceful. Exactly what I needed. Perfect for a long weekend away or a work away break.
We liked pretty much everything. Ilze, the owner is lovely. The house was homely, spacious, clean and beautifully kept.
Close to the beach and all amenities. Everyone in the area is extremely friendly and we felt very safe. Lovely coastal towns all up the coast.

Break fast was good. The pool was a little green and cold, could do with some maintenance and heating. Room maintenance is required but it is still one of the best size rooms I have stayed in at any hotel. The views from our hotel room were spectacular.
The owner is very friendly and accommodating. All the animals she keeps were wonderful to interact with. There is full wifi, TV and a small kitchen. There is alot to do in Kleinmond and everything is accessible on foot.
We had a fantastic weekend at Whaler's Point in Kleinmond. Excellent location and superb hosts! The breakfast was delicious and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the Kleinmond area.
The location is second to none, the best part of the hotel (if you are not a golfer) is the pool which is beautifully appointed and well serviced. Meal options were great and not badly priced for a hotel stay.

Beautiful hotel and the live entertainment on the Friday evening created a wonderful atmosphere. The entertainment on the Satyrday was not that great, poor choice of genre for a Saturday.
Pretty view , stylish, comfortable cottage with all necessary equipment for a self catering stay . Lovely wood burner for chilly evenings even in summer, with plenty of wood.
Kleinmond sells itself really. But the tranquility and peaceful setting at Moments B & B is just what we needed. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and cosy.
