Our booked room was not available due to a burst water pipe. Our host went out of her way to make us really comfortable in an alternative room and in compensation offered us a really good evening meal at no additional cost. Bev met me with a cheerful smile and showed me around. There is an excellent communal kitchen with a Nespresso machine (with pods!) My room was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a glass door onto a roomy deck. It's everything I could have needed for a business trip.
