We thought High Hopes was a good location. It was peaceful. We did not have any meals there.
Beautiful town. Lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops.
Beautiful town. Lots of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty places to walk, hike or bike. The houses and gardens are worth walking around the town to enjoy. Locals are very friendly. We love this town for weekend stays being so close to Cape Town.

A picturesque town with many interesting nooks and crannies to explore. Good choice of restaurants, interesting art, mostly within easy walking distance.
Restaurants and shops closing early during the ArtWalk weekend was a disappointment. It seems pointless to offer activities that draw visitors, but then not offer them what they came for.

Greyton is a very pretty village.
Greyton is a very pretty village. A lot of good accommodation available. Quite a lot of restaurants, cafes / coffee shops. A supermarket, petrol station by and a pharmacy, so more than adequate from C a shopping aspect.
We were there for the annual classical music festival, not the first one we have attended in Greyton, and it was most enjoyable.
Great destination for walks / hikes, mountain biking etc.
Generally a great place to visit !!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The owner and his wife were very helpful and assisted us with information with regard to Greyton and surrounding areas. We will stay at Old Potters Inn again in the future.
The accommodation was lovely, the beds comfortable, the place was clean, has everything you might need for your stay, pre-arrival information was great, check-in was smooth, everyone in Greyton is friendly, the restaurant Abbey Rose was amazing, definitely recommended
Toad Hall has a fantastic location right off the main street in Greyton. Very sweet garden with chickens and a wood fired hot tub (did take a while to heat up though!).
