Sight seeing...the Hole in the Wall and the Baby Hole in the Wall! The roads to the place need speedy attention! They are just bad to be used by people who are supposed to be bringing economic opportunities to the connunities there. The Eastern Cape government must act differently and disappoint us by constructing that road.

The drive was okay regardless of the fish ponds on the road (potholes) that slacked us down. The sunset was beautiful with the mountain views and the weather was beautiful too. We had difficulties with our GPS but with the help of the local residents who were very friendly, we managed to get there safely. The hotel has it's own Restaurant and another Restaurant facing the beach for a more relaxed afternoon. We booked a one night stay and regretted it the following day as we wished we could have stayed longer, next time we need the entire weekend!! Very friendly staff, delicious seafood buffet we had on the the evening of arrival and enjoyed the breakfast too!

Beautiful place, beautiful views, sweet people all around.
Beautiful place, beautiful views, sweet people all around. Great and safe accommodation.
Only concern would be driving in and out of coffee bay, 30kms before you reach Coffee bay the road is damaged, loads of potholes but if your prepared for a chilled ride (not a fast ride) then you will have no problem - enjoy the scenery on your way!

We spent two nights at Coffee bay and this is such a beautiful place you should not miss. The lodge has awesome view over the Coffee Bay. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing food prepared by Michelle! Road to the lodge isn’t as bad as we thought! Thank you so much for everything!
Oooh what a beautiful place to be at Coffee Bay. The host was warm and welcoming and made sure our stay was pleasant. She recommended the restaurant and the tour guide which was the best part of the adventure.
Coram Deo is the best place to be, the views are breath taking
Nice and spacious for our family of 10. Lovely large farmstyle table inside and on front porch.
Big outside porch with a gated little picked fence.
Ample fridge freezer space, large chest freezer.
Kids enjoyed pool and a hike to view the Hole in the wall
Very tranquil
Lovely cottage on the hill a bit outside of coffee bay! Has everything that you need! Lovely owners and yummy breakfast with a view! The close-by beach is absolutely wild and beautiful! The hike to hole in a wall is a must !!!! Thank you Steve for a wonderful stay!
Hansie is a fantastic host and made me feel right at home in Coffee Bay. Property is close walking distance everything worth visiting and offered gated parking. My room had all necessary amenities (even light & gas during load shedding) and a fantastic ocean view.

We enjoyed the unspoiled sea view, as well as the Coffee Bay Drum band which came to the Guesthouse after dinner. It was a nice experience and just to be part of the cultural music. I also tried Crayfish for the first time which was very nice.
Amazing location. Don’t be daunted by the pothole filled road that leads up to coffee bay! This amazing little lodge had the most beautiful view and location and the food and staff were top notch. Would definitely stay again
