Birchwood Hotel and conference centre is such lovely place to stay, whether with friends or with your family. The best place I have ever been next to Albufera in Portugal. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with a small fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery and a sitting area all in one room. Bathrooms with both a bath and shower.
The courtesy of ALL STAFF MEMBERS from the drivers to the janitor to the gym staff to the restaurant, oh people are just so warm and so helpful man.
There are shops and restaurants just outside the rear gate and the East Rand shopping mall is only about 3 or 4 minutes walk. SAFE neighborhood.

We visited Mandela Museum house in Soweto and Johannesburg city.
We had planned our holiday during summer for maximum site visits, unfortunately the weather was not on our side, it was mostly cold with heavy rain, thunder and lightning.

The place is closer to Mall, factory shops and Spur and Macdonalds which are reachable by walking.
The hotel is beautiful and staff are warm and helpful all the time.
The yard could do with an upgrading and cleanliness.
My God the room was epic wit a big comfortable bed.
Well the obvious uncomfortable sounds of planes is literally inevitable which is also a plus to reach airport easily and avoid JHb traffic coz its literally 14 mins away.

The room was adequately big for our comfort. It had all the amenities we needed. We also liked the breakfast. The availability of everything breakfast was phenomenal. It's not a problem what kind of breakfast one wants. The fact that the hotel is near the Boksburg CBD is such a bonus.
Liz you are an amazing woman with so much passion for what you do. Thank you for your friendly, assistance during my stay here at Angelica. You are an excellent host. I highly recommend Angelica Guesthouse for anyone who needs accommodation in and around Boksburg.
The price was fairly cheap and there is a decent restaurant on the premises. Close proximity to the airport. The PIN code required to enter was annoying but at least the place felt secure. Communication with the host was fairly good.
Everything, the reception was good, the room was extra clean and smells so good and the bed was so comfortable. The environment is great and peaceful exactly what I needed after a day of work. Is my favorite place at Boksburg
1) They were welcoming abd nice... They arranged a pick up from the airport and a drop off too.
2) My son forgot his laptop in the hotel... They were very kind to send it to the air port on Time before we boarded
Breakfast was great and felt very safe and my host was very friendly would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in boksburg was very close to my destanation and easy finding the property
The facilities are decent and clean for a one-night stay. With better overnight supervision / management it will actually be a pretty decent place to stay for business trips or family travel.
The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good with different options. Coffee was very good! The hotel is conveniently located and a good option for a good night's sleep before flying.

We were looking for an affordable overnight stay in the Boksburg area and were pleased with Castle Lodge. The staff especially were very friendly and willing to help.
The hotel didn't follow Booking.com confirmed My guest had to rebook waited outside the establishment for over 10 min at night before they were allowed entry.
Always an great experience!!! Love the location, friendly and helpful staff and spacious and neat unit. Much better than the four star boutique hotel close by.
