Theresa Hotel is a rustic hotel on the scenic Karpaz Peninsula.
The quiet location is superb, with a beautiful view of the sea & a small private beach.
Erdogan, the owner, was an excellent host - attentive, caring & friendly.
The Turkish breakfast was a great way to start the day. Dinner was absolutely delicious with seafood fresh from the sea, home grown vegetables and home made mezze dishes. Erdogan's olives, were fabulous!!
The room, although basic, had good wifi and a washing machine available for use.
We stayed 3 nights and it was a great place to return to each afternoon after exploring the area. We highly recommend Theresa Hotel!

This is a delightful, peaceful place in keeping with its rural setting. The breakfasts were delicious. The small bungalows are spread around lawns with palm trees, each with its outside sitting area, where some people brought food and drinks and ate alfresco. Murat cooked us kleftico and people brought their own alcoholic drinks to the restaurant. Murat went out of his way to make our stay memorable.
Facing the beachfront, BURHAN'S HOTEL offers 3-star accommodation in Rizokarpaso and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and shared lounge.
