Off the beaten track in a good way! Easy to get around and very close to the beach which is the more local end (a bonus as less touristy). A wonderful little early morning local market on the street and our hosts could not have been more accomodating, great drip coffee and Pho! The kitchen had a large fridge for storing your won drinks etc... really useful and it was both private with great communal areas, peaceful and tranquil. The quality of bedding, bathroom products and towels was amazing - very spa without the price tag. Super clean with loads of character. Having the driver to take us out was super helpful and taxis also really easy to get, hiring bikes also a great option in this area.

The location is great but the problem is the 3 hour drive from Dallas across the very winding road across the hills I think the drive from HCM is more straightforward but twice as long but around 3hours 30 Minutes. I'd go back but only when the Phan Thiet airport opens in 2025. Next tim I would stay Mui Ne side of Phan Thiet

We’re very good ( and there’s plenty of them ) .

I love the food here because it is very tasty (and also kinda sweet). Grilled meats, spring rolls, seafood, and soup are great. The beaches are very beautiful. The sun during daytime is very harsh. As a Vietnamese, I found the food prices are reasonable (it is not cheap but the food is worth the money). The local people are friendly, they show me where is best to visit and some good markets.

Not as busy as Mui Ne which is very favourable because all I needed was a great break from crowd! Phan Thiet town is less busy as compared to Ho Chi Minh City and there are laid back cafes and I love the Lotte Mart (which you can find almost everything there).

Quite a bit Hotel development is happening here regardless I think its more for locals some restaurants have english menus and it still has its charm and good local sea food.
Most International Guest would go to Mui Ne Beach therefore you get good value for money in not to overcrowded Beach in Phan Thiet.

The street is not very clean, but we have find a very native delicious fruit juice store, and we have buy 4 times one day, not expensive, very fresh fruit juice. We really love it, the beach is also great for relax.
We loved everything about BONO Mui Ne. Basic accommodation but very clean and has all the amenities you would need. Location is perfect with beautiful view and walking distance to many local eateries. But most of all our host Tram was amazing, always going above and beyond including offering to get us medicine that we needed, boiling/cooking the seafood that we bought and giving us local recommendations and advice. Her bubble tea shop was also delicious and we had a few during our 2 night stay. Would definitely go back.
My stay at The LIM House Hotel in Phan Thiet was fantastic! I can absolutely recommend this Hotel. I had a wonderful room on the roof with a wonderful view to the city and surroundings. Everybody is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The Hotel is more a big family than a Hotel. Coffee in the morning...talking with people...just perfect. You can easily rent a motorbike direktly from the Hotel without any problems. All this was the reason for me even to stay one more day longer at the LIM House! Hans Martin
Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, gorgeous view, and a stunning rooftop. We enjoyed the most picturesque sunset and sunrise on the rooftop. The room itself was really spacious and well-equipped - we love the idea of a selection of shampoo, body wash and conditioners to choose from. The surroundings are quiet as the hotel is one of few buildings in a new development areas. Nevertheless, it is not too far from the city - we walked or Grab, and there are many cafe/restuarants in the vincinity.
The hotel location is at beachfront, very good and convenient for a walk on the beach at day or night.
The Deluxe King double room is big, I like it.
Moreover, all the staff are very nice and gentle. Besides, the breakfast is very good too.
In overal everything was good. The house was carefully designed with good maintenance. The facilities can be seen as equivalent to of a 3-star hotel. Rooms are clean. The host was very caring and open, which is a big plus.
