Hot and cold breakfast options were ample. Coffee was much better than I expected it would be. Room size was adequate and appreciated having a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. Also, having a refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient.

The hotel is really a good value, It is well appointed and there are some issues with small but note worthy areas like the carpet in the elevator and my rooms bathroom fan not working. On the whole I see great customer service a friendly helpful welcoming staff (cookie police not withstanding) and hotel expeience I will be revisiting again in the future. Oh and the pass keys ( Both) didn't need to be redone the entire time we were there... I know, but those things can be annoying. Job well done folk!

They charged a pet fee when all the other La Quinta hotels...
They charged a pet fee when all the other La Quinta hotels do not.Very mad about this and it was not like I could move to another hotel.Also there was basically one area for dogs to go to the bathroom which in the summer is hard to get to when it's hot on the sidewalk for dogs feet.Good breakfast though.

They need to put a comfortable chair in room. We stayed 5 nights. They would not credit our stay to rewards system. It was because we booked through a third person contact.
If you want a fun pool for children,this is the place,but not for older people. We will not stay here again,

Ice machine was not working, due to a part broken. So I had to buy my own bag of ice. Each motel needs at least 2 ice machines (if not more) depending on number of rooms/floors. This Hampton needs to purchase a second ice machine, for if a break would happen again.
The desk worker who's name is Amy Nelson was the most professional worker I've ever encountered in a hotel. Professional, courteous, and accomplished my every request. Especially getting my room early and right by the pool as I requested. She is very good at her job. Excellent. Very pleased with her service.

Restaurant “Green mile” is located beside the hotel which very convenient .
Big pool area with good ventilation with prevent mold( which I saw in other hotel due to lack of ventilation .
Restaurant staff (especially Chris) outstanding. Michael on reception was so helpful and great! good to get out and stretch the legs, and some good options about for meals so you dot have to have every meal in the hotel.
Really good hotel. Nice and helpful crew, clean room with fresh remodeling, swimming pool, workout area. Very tasty breakfast with good varieties of food. Definitely will visit this place again.
The staff was very helpful especially front desk worker Shareese. The property was clean inside and out. They made my stay feel like home. And to top it off they are pet friendly.
This hotel was very accommodating to our 2 dogs, the room was great and in a great location, the staff was helpful and polite and the breakfast couldn't have been better.
Have stayed here before is always quiet and fairly clean breakfast area is small but decent the pool has too much chemicals! Overall a decent hotel I would stay again
