The location couldn’t be better. It was a short walk to terminals 1, 2 and 3. The friendly receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions about the airport facilities as well as providing full information about all of the excellent hotel amenities including the outstanding gym.

The location is great because it is close to the tollway but quiet since it is tucked away in an industrial park. I compared the price with other hotels in the area & it was reasonable. I found that I could easily avoid the tolls by taking Devon to Rohling heading west or east to Kingery. And my cookie was very tasty!!
The location was ok but not much around the hotel. I liked that some rooms had balconies I unfortunately didn't know until I took a walk around the building. The staff was great I think her name was Jojo very helpful and great to interact with.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well kept. The staff is wonderful, they were very nice with providing me with better discounts and they gave us fresh cookies on the way out. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
I had to pay for high speed internet(logging onto WiFi) which was so slow I couldn’t even use it. No one told me WiFi wasn’t included. Airport shuttle driver was very nice, hotel staff very rude.
It was very nice and clean. I loved that they had full-size shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It’s the little things that make a big difference I felt like I was at a five star hotel.
Nothing they do not follow up with what you like they put stuff in the room go around the hotel so you can drink it or try to drink it if you don't they still will charge you for it
The bar was excellent with a fully stocked selection of spirits and food. The location was perfect for a red-eye flight the following morning. This is now my go-to hotel for OHare
