It was dirty (stains on the bed covers, hair in the bathtub). Smells bad in the room to the point that it was hard to breath. I have seen a cockroach on the wall. Old worn out and clumpy uncomfortable matrasses. Entrance door security guard was broken off.

I spent years in Army barracks that were cleaner and better maintained. Noise in the lots, no site security. Had to fetch my own towels from the laundry room and dump my own trash. For the money, you're being robbed. Motel 6 next time!
Only plus was a Portillo's right down the street.

I stayed at La Quinta Willowbrook many times. Great hotel, very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Reasonable breakfast. I might recommend the staff to give rooms next to washing machines only if there are no other options, since they are a bit noisy.

Very dirty and not worth the price. I will never stay here again!! Dog poop in the stairway that never got picked up. Had to ask for basics like towels and shampoo that should have been in the room already. All the carpets were stained.

This hotel has a good location and looked clean but the non smoking room was horribly full of smoke. The mattress on one bed was horrible with a deep depression on one side. I sat there to tie my shoes and I sank extremely low. Had toilet paper but about 1/3 of a roll and no extra. Other than that the room was clean, the bathroom was fine, it looked like the picture in the booking picture and it was quiet

Nothing it was horrible, lady at front desk said she didn't get reservation, so I did it again payed twice, for 3 days,homeless people live outside there ripped me off 600.00 dollars, dont stay here
This place was disgusting. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!! Seen few cockroaches running under the bed. Bed sheets & blankets have yellow & black stain marks. This was awful place to stay. I also have taken some pictures to show that how un-sanitized this place was. For evidence, I have pictures. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!
The hotel was updated, clean, and had a great location. Denny's was next door and so was a target for last minute things we needed. We felt safe in the location and it was right off the interstate. Would stay again if we come back. The beds were way comfortable for a firmer mattress.
Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and smelled good, place was quiet and the whole facility was well maintained! The shower made some pipe noises but other than that this was a great place to stay.
It’s nicely updated old hotel. Our bathtub need additional restoration for sure and water could be hotter. But all it all it’s a perfect hotel for this price. Staff was super friendly.
Was cheaper than several nearby hotels, but this came at a cost of terrible experience with cockroaches in the room and funny neighbors listening to music late at night.
