Breakfast was not very good. The man that was sitting there monitoring the food. Yelled at my husband for using the wrong utensils for getting the eggs. Then he cussed and grabbed said utensil and walked back to throw them in the sink.
He did say he had worked too many days and had a headache. But he acted inappropriately. He also did not apologize for his behavior. Oops this should have been in the dislike section.
I did like the rest of the staff. They were very accommodating, informative and nice.
I just hope the breakfast employee got over his headache and did not treat anyone else like that.

They required an additional deposit which was to be returned at the end of my stay. But they kept it for an untrue reason, When I questioned about it, the person I talked to was not only rude but LIED and hung up on me. They don't have to worry about me staying there again!!!!!

Really rundown and in need of major repairs. the room above us had a major water leak which flooded our room. We could have changed rooms, but the other room's air conditioner didn't work, so we opted to be flooded. Horrible place to stay, really dirty and need of repair. I used the one and only washer and the water wouldn't drain out of it, so I had soaked clothes. Very disgusted with this place!

Burn hole in the sheets.
Burn hole in the sheets. Something growing in both garbage cans under the plastic bags. Black mold on the ceiling tile in the bathroom. No tissues in tissue dispenser. No covering for light in the bathroom.

I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH. ROOMS DIRTY, CRAP IN THE TOILET, AIR NOT WORKING. BREAKFAST THAT WAS A JOKE. ONLY HAD WAFFLES, OATMEAL, JUICE, COFFEE AND MILK WHEN I WENT DOWN 30 MIN AFTER OPENING. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE.
Staff was very professional and friendly. Of the several days that I stayed, a few of them i was more than just a little late paying for my room (11am). And on those days, they didn't give me no problems about paying late or charge any kind of fee. Kind of refreshing considering of all the other hotels in this area at 11 or even before, they're banging on the door want us to check out. Awesome people, easy to get along with.
Good area very spacious room front desk lobby area was really pretty. Employees at the front desk were very helpful and understanding very kind. There is a vending machine for snacks and one for drinks in the lobby as well as a microwave for use around the lobby. Mini fridge and nice size TV in the hotel room.
It was exactly what I expected for the price if you just need a place to sleep and bath and don’t like to spend a ton of money like me this is a good hotel it’s not a dirty place it is a little dated but it was clean and comfy and it beet anything even close by 100$ or more so I was happy
No free breakfast as advertised. Hotel was very dirty and all the trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. No trash cans in room. Tv remote was smashed in the closet. Sheets were dingy.
The hotel was clean and quiet and staff was nice. Beautiful location looking over area. And it's close to the city. I would stay again if going to the area.
