I smelled cigarettes, I'm asthmatic, I couldn't complain because there was no one there. shower without hot water, shower broken, water splashing everywhere. Broken room heater, won't heat up.

This property is clean, quiet, conveniently located with quick access to a major highway and only a few minutes from the center of Westborough. There was ample parking. The personnel were cordial and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and had many selections, both hot and cold, for a good morning meal. I would definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay.

I liked the staff the most. The pool was FREEZING. I bring my little kid family members to swim. We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times over the course of a year and the pool has always been great. Not anymore. I will not stay here again.

I would come here if I really need to stay in a hotel at this area to sleep for one night , if you’re looking for an outstanding hotel experience I recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton

The place could use a major upgrade. From entering into the lobby I found it depressing. The floor needed cleaned. The entrance was was chipped and really in poor repair. The place was not appealing at all. For the price I paid I expected more luxury entrance. Place needed a paint job. The room the bed was comfortable. The shower floor needs foot gripping. Was very slippery to get into. Did not use the kitchen. The chairs provided were dirty.
Finding the place was hard. Didn't know it was located behind another hotel which looked more refreshing.
Please spend money and fix up the place.

its an easy walk to the downtown area of westboro... a bit hard to find at night ( it was raining and dark when we arrived) . a friend in the town said the place has had a bad reputation for being a transient hotel which I could believe... it was an old building that needs lots of upgrades... would I stay again? probably not... I thought it was going to be more like a bed and breakfast hotel but there was none of that warm inviting feeling about the place at all.... unlike most hotels we've ever stayed at.
Very practical and welcoming establishment for families and very well insulated against noise. The people in the room next to us had a dog and we never heard it during the five nights we stayed. The small kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals. The hotel breakfast included in the price was standard but there was plenty of choice and the staff were very pleasant. The bedding in the room was also comfortable. And the place is secure. We also enjoyed the fact that our car was parked close to the room.
This place is absolutely charming. It seems to be an older building that has been completely renovated. One of the things I liked the best is that there was no carpet in the room. The flooring was beautiful, new and clean and very nice to walk on. The bed was the best I've slept in for a long time. In fact, we looked at the mattress to find the brand. The owners are very nice, accommodating and professional.
The location isn’t bad. It’s not actually close to anything except a medical center, which I assume is the point of the hotels location. The room was clean and tidy minus the bathroom sink, I think that was more rust and grim than actual filth. The towels smelt clean, which I feel is a luxury at a hotel these days.
The location was convenient to everything but yet away from the noise, the hotel itself was clean and the staff was awesome. I loved that they have a restaurant in the hotel. I didn’t have to leave to eat. Highly recommend this hotel. I had to stay 3 jights for my dogs hip replacement and I felt at home.
It cannot be called as BF. There were few granola bars and some coffee. The definition of BF needs to be updated correctly so reader knows what to expect and then make a decision to book.

The front desk is awesome! Always helpful! she’s the best! I forgot her name but she has short hair and it’s highlighted. So welcoming! Give her a raise!!! She’s been working there for awhile and runs the place! when I’m in town this is my go to place!!
If Westborough is your destination, the location is ideal .. Management is most helpful and considerate. The downstairs facilities are convenient if you have visitors, and their business support, if required is helpful for things like IT support

The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. They are the main reason we would come back to this hotel. Unexpectedly we had a kitchen, bar, desk and livingroom in the hotelroom which was very convenient.
