The air conditioning did not keep the room cool. We were told it was repaired, but that was not the case.. We were not given a room transfer.
The floors were filthy. They obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The bottoms of my white socks were black from walking around the room. We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years. This was extremely disappointing.

The air conditioner is broken in the main living area. It is very hot in there. It runs very loud with no cold air. When texting or calling for help I got ignored. I do NOT recommend staying here. Very disappointed in my stay. The shag rug upon entry was grimy and filthy. Bathroom door won’t close. This place isn’t worth more than $50 a night. Way overpriced

Traffic has increased to the point that it is not as easy to get around as I would prefer. The weather is great in the winter, but the constantly increasing population has greatly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the area.

The beaches are amazing.
The beaches are amazing. We are from the west coast and the beaches here are so much better than ours. Everything was very close. The downtown area was so nice to walk through. The malls are amazing and have everything you could need. Must check out Lion Country Safari, it is 30 minutes from the beaches and an awesome experience. You drive through and the animals are all around your car. At the end is a little park you go inside and can feed giraffes as well as birds. It was awesome.

GPS does not like this area and you can get turned around very easily while using google maps or wayz. Be mindful and patient for that.
The area is clean , beaches are clean , lots of amenities for shopping , food , and activities to meet any couple / group needs.
I would stay here again but never through the vendor of Singer Island Inn, I thought I was getting a cute apartment but ended up much worse.
I would check out Peanut Island if you can for a relaxing experience or Shark Diving as we did! Also Juno Bech Pier is an inexpensive place to walk and check out local sea life as fisherman catch their fish for the day.

If you’re traveling to West Palm Beach by yourself or with your partner, I suggest you stay here! My wife & I stayed for 3 days, it was perfect for us! The suite & deck is sooooo beautiful. It’s walking distance from a couple stores & restaurants, quiet & safe area as well. I’m a clean freak & it definitely passed my clean check lol. The owners are so sweet & kind, will help you with anything you need. Next time we travel to WPB we’ll definitely stay here again.
Breakfast was ok....the staff is friendly....knowledgeable off area (shopping, covid testing site)...even though its close to a main street....there is very little to no noise...Ron at the front was awesome....perfect fit for the hotel. If coming to shop....hotel is in a great location...
The breakfast was the best thing this hotel had to offer. The staff working at the breakfast area are hardworking people and do a great job at refilling all the breakfast items. Also the ladies working at the front desk (Alyssa and the manager) were nice.
This is a newly renovated or constructed hotel. Very modern, clean, comfortable. The room is equipped with basic amenities but fully functional and an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend Pioneer Inn for a stay in or about West Palm Beach.
The hotel was great love the bar on the roof and being walking distance to clematis street and everywhere we wanted to. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
for more than 500$ a night I was expecting a bit more. I do understand that West Palm Beach is a desirable location,but, there are many location in this country with amazing places and less expensive hotels!

The house is a traditional Florida residence with stone and wooden floors and traditional furniture. It is in an quiet area and has a beautiful garden and a fantastic pool.
