I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

The property is in a good location right off the interstate.
The property is in a good location right off the interstate. This made for a great stop over location with traveling cross country. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was a bonus.

Monroe itself is not my favorite place, the traffic in the shopping areas is always is bad and the road layouts are confusing and right down scary, parts of Monroe are dangerous. And it's not very clean.

The altercation that took place at check-in was due to lack of training with the employees when a guests uses outside vendor to make reservation.
The swimming pool was the only reason we chose to go there and upon our arrival the pool was close as well as the restaurant so we had to go find a place to eat .
Room had dirty towels and soap had blond hair all over it .
We were charged twice for the room and didn't receive our refund for a month as once again no one knew how to use a credit card machine .
This is by far the worst stay that I have ever experienced at a price that is way over priced and the sad thing is that the pictures on the website are great but the reality is horrible.
The manager it s a asshole you pay for the rom end hi take you out with the police because it a a rasist parson hi charge you multiple times for nothing 2.3 times after you check out make you a favor end stay away if the boss of the hotel see this recomand another manager his bad with his employees to don’t give as the number of his supervisor end we still waiting for our money back
The staff was so friendly and it was very clean. I used to work at best western , in West Monroe years ago. Their customer service has not changed. Still excellent. Ty rooms are updated and the pool is very clean. Their pool is the only one in town that is open and they have not raised their prices due to this either. Which is commendable.
They are trying to upgrade the hotel with new paint, new furnishings and new bedding. The beds were fairly comfortable. The front desk attendant was helpful with changing our room. More work is definitely needed.
The room was really nice and clean! The front desk were very welcoming. It was very close to a lot of restaurants. Very easy access to the interstate. The park is very pretty and right next to hotel
