As soon as I came in the lady at the desk looked up my reservation there was a problem with booking . Com... this lady went right to work . Told me these no problem and shortly after had it fixed... just letting you know lady's like that are hard to find.i no sooner asked her name . She replied vasmen..I hope I spelled that right. This Saddlebrook Golf Resort & Spa is located a 30-minute drive from Tampa International Airport. The hotel offers 41 tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, 5 restaurants and 3 restaurants.
Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Very spacious equipped with a coffee maker, safe and refrigerator. Nice TV and good cooling system. I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good.
I would probably rent a care next time I come. Ubering or Lifting around can get expensive.

The hotel is new , everything clean , the staff are very friendly.

Sleep inn Wesley Chapel was just what I needed. The room was clean, cool and had the most comfortable bed. I was traveling due to my Uncle being ill, I needed a quiet, safe place to sleep and this was the perfect spot. I had cousins staying with their Father and when they decided to get a room, I recommended Sleep Inn. The location was perfect with several restaurants nearby. Pam, working overnights was so helpful and friendly! Dunkin Donuts, very nearby, had wonderful coffee and breakfast croissants and was my morning drive through. Gas stations are nearby and the area felt so safe to me! This is very important for a woman traveling alone!!

The shower head was way too high. Literally about 7ft up.
The shower head was way too high. Literally about 7ft up. You had to be Shaquille O’Neal in order to change the shower settings. Also there was not a regular door in the bathroom but a sliding partition that didn’t close all the way. You could literally see the person on the toilet or in the shower. That definitely needs to be fixed. Other than that our stay was good!

Convenient exit off of 75.
Convenient exit off of 75. However, there is on going construction in the area ( on going for years! ). Still, there is lots of shopping nearby and lots of restaurants. 75 will bring you to the university and downtown Tampa in a short time.
There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room was disgusting. Cockroaches in the room (we had to keep the lights on). Broken and heavily soiled furniture. Toilet did not work properly. Crumbs on the bed when we arrived. Paper thin walls . We did not stay the second night and are trying to get our money back from booking.com with little success. Very poor lighting in the room. Lock on the door that connected us to the next room did not engage properly.
It was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel!!! The front desk staff was rarely there. The hotel was loud with constant banging and pounding noises throughout the middle of the night. I got zero sleep both nights that I stayed there due to the noise and not only that, I felt very unsafe in the surroundings!! No one at the front desk could help me because no one was ever there (in the evening hours) I hate that hotel and will NEVER go back
This hotel will be our go to hotel when visiting family in Land O Lakes. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Near to a good selection of restaurants and shopping. Near to I-75. This hotel is in a newly developed area and is quiet. This is not the first time we stayed here.

I arrived in a rainy day, was tired from the flight. I was checked in by Myrtel, who was extremely helpful and provided an exceptional service at all time during my stay. My compliments to her and rest of the team.
The hotel is in a quiet location, but very near to a Publix and I-75, with easy access to Gainesville. There were strong COVID precautions in place, including having a server handling the hot breakfast.
We truly appreciate the staff at hotel. Very nice and helpful people. One of staff member who was speaking Turkish with my kids was a wonderful human being. He knows how to make kids happy! :-)
Compared to All hotels I've been to, this one has the best reasonable price compared to the service they provide. The room was super clean super spacious and the staff was very good.
I have stayed at this hotel two time and my family and I enjoyed it. The staff is really nice, the location is great, and the property is always clean. We absolutely recommend it.
