The breakfast was good as far as standard hotel breakfasts go. However it was very crowded when I ate and there was a serious lack of tables

The breakfast had a large selection and was very good. Tammy cooked the breakfast and was very accommodating when asked questions or to prepare special foods. All staff were friendly and wonderful with customers.

Room was huge and clean. Beds were soft. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Minutes away from Waxahachi, Texas and Texas Motorplex. The room could sleep up to six adults comfortably. Cold refrigerator and good microwave. Great price also!

Location to downtown. Welcoming host. Interesting place to stay
We were in Waxahachie to attend a family reunion. We enjoyed the historical town tour. We enjoyed our drive to the Munster House. We ate at Big Al’s for dinner on a Friday night. Our friendly waitress, Erica recommended the burgers and they were delicious. They had a fun group of people who did karaoke. We went for an easy hike at the Mockingbird Trail. Everyone we encountered in the town of Waxahachie was welcoming, kind and informative. We definitely will be back to stay longer and explore a little more and visit with relatives.

Go during home tour.
Go during home tour. Hope they do one again around Christmastime. There are many beautiful Victorian homes but without it being a home tour you will only get to see from outside I think. The Sims Library is impressive. If you spend night do the haunted tour. It is soooooo worth the 20 dollars.

We discovered the Catfish Plantation.
We discovered the Catfish Plantation. What an outstanding place and the food was terrific!!!
Waxahachie is a quaint little town (the parts away from the traffic). We were driven around by our son and we seemed to be fairly close to most locations we visited.
Of course construction is always an issue but things will get better for those areas enduring that right now.

double charged for a 1 night stay.
double charged for a 1 night stay. Room was very dusty, dirty floors, hair on floor. I was not given the room that I booked. I was not informed of the unreserved room before I was asked to pay. I was charged twice for the same night with still no resolve from booking.com or the hotel

The town was fairly easy to get around in and the place we had lunch was nice with good service. We were there for a family wedding so we did not have time to see very much but what we did see was clean and taken care of nicely. Altogether a very pleasant town.

I enjoyed the historical district of old town Waxahachie. Shopped at Granny’s antique store and The Doves Nest. Love the old Court house.
Had a great old fashioned burger at Pop’s which was recommended by your staff. The location was perfect for my travel needs. All Dept stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc were a 5 minute drive away. I loved everything about your hotel! Slept so peacefully every night and was so grateful for the wonderful breakfast every morning. I’ll surely recommend your establishment and will stay here again when I come back to visit Texas!

Starting with the staff customer service was the bomb. From the entrance of the hotel to the room I felt good about my choice. Any time you can walk into a good cleaned facility and room it just makes your stay so much better. Having real breakfast available was great especially under my circumstances.
Location good. Hotel is delapedated run down and alot if units more that half closed. Drawers missing mirrors and windows filthy and ac unit housing barley hanging. Management does bare minimum. Club closed with light dangling.
