Very comfortable and relaxing. Loved JT’s. All of the employees were very welcoming.
My friend and I like the shopping center. We enjoy going to Melbroune and Coco beach all within a 20 mile stretch. And we went to the Casino down south and it was a easy 21/2 hr drive. We had been to the Viera area 3 times and we live on Florida west coast.

Staff did a great job of trying to keep us all safe during this Covid19 pandemic. Room was very clean. Hotel does need some repairs and updating. Blow dryer fell off the wall. A/C very loud and there is drywall damage to ceiling with drywall falling onto sink counter
Fran at front desk was amazing. Very nice and friendly. Very good at her job and deserves to be acknowledged. She handled computer issues with grace and made every guest feel important.
This was my second time staying at this hotel (first time was about 10 years ago) and I will go back.
Great location for restaurants and shopping.

We went specifically to shoot photos in the Viera Wetlands and it was great. Got wonderful shots of great blue herons and sand hill cranes. If you are a birder, a photographer or just like nature, it is a wonderful experience.

This was absolutely the worst Laquinta we have ever stayed...
This was absolutely the worst Laquinta we have ever stayed in. It was classified as filthy! No excuse at $100+ a night to be this old and not updated like most others!
This is in a prominent area and is highly traveled and a lot more business would come your way if the hotel was up to standard conditions! UPDATE PLEASE!

We were only there for an annual event called Jazzoo that...
We were only there for an annual event called Jazzoo that was held on that Saturday night. We went directly from the hotel to the event and back to the hotel later that night. That was the only part of Viera we saw. The next morning we ate breakfast and hit the road early.

We loved the breakfast items. The selection was excellent and the eggs were especially delicious. The two employees were super. Very polite and very helpful. They wished everyone a Good Morning. I told the manager what great employees in the breakfast area. The gal at the front desk at check-in was great. Even gave us the names of a couple of restaurants in the area. We were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. Great hotel. We will stay there again in the future.
Loved the grassy pond area behind hotel with ducks, turtles, picnic tables,, etc. Very nice, clean pool with restrooms next to it and tables with umbrellas. Nice clean updated rooms well set up. Clean linens. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Felt like home! Turtle Creek golf course only a mile away. Very nice!
Everything was updated clean and an amazing location just 20 minutes from our cruise parking Bathroom and kitchenette was phenomenal We will stay again before our next cruise in Florida
