From the moment we checked in, every single staff person was very friendly, kind and helpful! The suite we had was beyond expectations; much larger! The location was very convenient for the nature we wanted to experience, great for getting on highways, and convenient to many restaurants. Having a hot breakfast before we started our day was wonderful. One afternoon we had a nice time relaxing by the fireplace, chatting and drinking the complimentary tea/coffee- a te of wonderful memory making!

I liked the hotel offering an evening lounge area with drinks and appetizers! I also enjoyed the fitness center; it was clean and well-stocked with working equipment! The staff was very polite and helpful!

Room size was great. Perfectly located right next to Hartville Kitchen - a MUST visit!! Other restaurants and gas stations close by. Super staff!!! I will definitely book here again.
The only negative for me personally is the traffic circles - several of those.

The area was nice but your hotel was dirty we had to ask for a towel answer was well if I have one you offered breakfast there was none I got to see a very young boy vacuuming while his mother stood there yelling at him wow child labor laws must be different in ohio my room had cigarette burns on bed spreads and curtains had hole a all through them no blanket on my bed windows open when we came in which didn’t hose the stench very noisy until 2 am I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there did not feel safe got very little sleep maybe board of health should look into your hotel my wife cleaned in a hospital for 33years she actually was discussed with the whole room bathroom also burns on side of bathtub she had to put toilet paper on staff must have forgotten no I would never stay there again and have told friends and family how bad our stay was

I love the area but it short on places to eat.
I love the area but it short on places to eat. We drove into Canton which is not far for dinner one night.
Hartville has lovely little stores if you like antiques, chocolates, boutiques and one of the best flea markets I have been to in a long time.

We enjoy the huge flea market located next to the hotel. The Hartville Kitchen is also next to the hotel and the food is delicious. Flea market and restaurant are in walking distance to the hotel which makes it nice.
The staff was wonderful, everything was clean, and the pool was open. Me and my friend had a wonderful time while we were there. It's in a busy but quite area with lots of shopping and eating. The price for the hotel is reasonable too. We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying here again.
The girls at the desk were very accommodating & super nice . The young lady at the bar was super nice
We had a good time. Worried at first because half of the hotel their TV weren’t working but the ladies at the desk made sure we we’re taken care of and found us a good room
The rooms were pretty spacious, there was a fridge and the microwave, so the suite was perfect for a family with kids. Nice to be able to take your pet with you! The breakfast was just ok for the price. The hotel is 40 minutes away from the Cuyahoga National Park
The location is perfect, shopping, food, gas, it’s all close by. The hotel staff are friendly and checked in with me every day to see if I needed anything. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location and walking distance to the Hartville stores. Would definitely return,just hope we get a comfortable mattress next time.
