Discovery Park of America is a real gem -- an amazing, family-friendly museum of everything. I had high expectations, and DPA exceeded them. It may take you more than one day to do justice to the place. The museum is 100,000 square feet, and the outside grounds -- which are packed with attractions -- are 50 acres. I arrived at the museum midday Friday, focused on the museum on Friday, then came back Saturday to finish up the inside stuff and explore the grounds.
This place was 10/10. It was our first hotel on our road trip, and it spoiled us for all the other hotels we went to lol. Staff was nice, beds were comfortable and the whole room was clean.
The pool was a heated salt water pool <3 amazing. And the breakfast exceeded expectations by a lot.

This was the most run down disgusting hotel room. Mold, stains that were fresh from food, ripped lamp shades, the walls had stains and it smelled awful.
The breakfast was what you usually find in hotels, nothing special. But the food was good and filling. They checked a lot to ensure nothing had run out.
