The Jewell was the perfect little getaway/hunting vacation for us. The host and hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not to mention the 10 star Breakfast every morning. Didn't expect to find seating in the garden so were able to sit outside in the sunshine. New carpeting. Breakfast had more options than we expected, including a toaster and waffle maker.

I was traveling with my 2 dogs to attend the AKC National Agility Championships. The location was perfect, about 6 minutes from the fairgrounds and restaurants on back roads. The room was super cute and clean. The refrigerator, microwave and TV worked well. There was a nice potty area for the dogs. Wal Mart was a 3 minute drive for forgotten supplies.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. I just don't care for it and there aren't options for those who are on strict diet plans.
Everything was fantastic.
The customer service was the best. The young lady that took care of us was polite, friendly & very respectful.
The room was much better than expected.
The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean.
This is definitely a 5 star stop.

The hotel is ok.
The hotel is ok. The room was a bit dated, but nice and clean. It is located very close to the expressway. The area is pretty spare of things to do or places to eat. We were lucky to make the local Subway (1 exit away) just before closing. For a quick stop to sleep before moving on it was perfect. Eat before you arrive at the location and don't expect breakfast - They don't have one (I guess due to Covid).
