a home from home for me when working in WIlkes Barre, there are plenty of hotels in the local vacinity to choose from but none compare to the Courtyard. Staff, service and modern rooms and decor streaming service on room TV's is a massive plus when staying for more than a day or two. plenty of shops, resturants etc right on the doorstep.

The rooms are huge which is a plus. Location and staff was wonderful. The Downside is housekeeping do not properly clean the rooms. The oven/stove was filthy. My husband had to buy oven cleaner and clean the oven before we could cook. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet with food on them. It looked as if no one had even attempted to wash the dishes.
