Well you have free parking and you can park right in front of your room....The door to the room did not have a chain lock on it, so I had to prop a chair against the door....relatively quiet....the frig worked great....for somewhere to lay your head at a moments notice it was ok!!

I was only staying in the room at night, I ended up having my brother come and stay with me because it did not seem safe for a female traveling alone. I did not find bed bugs...just roaches and mice. The building was not secured at night.

Was pretty clean looks outdated Somewhat alit of things do not work no pool as advertised seems to me it was just taken over by new owners and they are slowly remodeling not sure though did not ask. good for the price and quiet also no breakfast as advertised but that may be due to covid-19 staff is mostly pleasant however my toilet was clogged when I checked in when asked about a plunger gave me two locations where it may be went looking couldn’t find one so I went back to my room and called desk they told me come down in ten min they would have one for me thought they were supposed to take care of those issues but no big deal!

The place was not great at all. When we first got there there was people smoking weed and our room smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes in our room and to top it off there was bad bugs in our from. We got bit from the bed bugs.

The rooms are remolded and clean, but I always carry cleaning supplies.(I work Janitorial), and the people at the front desk are nice . I've been a few times and this time one pillow case was dirty and my rug wasn't vacuumed. But I went to the desk and that help me ASAP. Just make sure you get your $2 room card fee back because if you don't ask they won't give it. $2 not a big deal but if you go as much as I do for a quick get away that's $2 times the amount of visits in a month or two. Overall nice place to just get away and relax if you don't wanna travel to far!! Food and shopping is no more than 10 minutes away. The closet restaurant is about 5minutes!!! Khols, Walmart,dollar tree, target ,home Depot etc.. Carrabba's, Applebee's, Michael's diner etc it's all a 10min drive away.. lights in shower and jacuzzi are my waterproof tub lights. The room with no light is a different room from a separate visit. And food from Carrabba's.
It was not as described or the pictures. Looked like every hotel you see on episodes of ‘Cops’. I had booked a king suite, it was nothing more than a small room with a suspect whirlpool. No couch, kitchenette or other amenities described. Very sketchy and I was actually afraid to stay the night. I rested for a while and left. Wasted my money and had too drive home several hours late at night. Could not recommend in good conscious unless you don’t care for your personal safety or having your car stolen at the least.
Quite literally nothing, I imagine when the area isn’t ripped apart by construction it has incredibly easy access to go just about anywhere but that wasn’t even a plus! In fact the way construction has things it’s extremely difficult to find especially because it defeats GPS directions. Actually I thought of something, the fridge and microwave miraculously worked! The safe did not though.
Never! NEVER! Don't stay at this hotel! Dirt. Hairballs on the floor and in the corners. Cockroaches. Spiders. Bed bugs. Air conditioners that haven't been cleaned in 20 years. dirty walls with blood stains, blood or nausea in the phone. Even if you choose a smoking room, the fire alarm will go off all the time, even if you didn't smoke!
Everything was superb I loved everything about this hotel only thing that I wud complain about and this cud be a good thing and a bad thing is that they did not allow us to smoke in the rooms so as cold as it was we wud run up and down the elevator to go outside to smoke lol . Other than that I would definitely give everything a 10 loved it
Nothing. The place is shit hole. The room smelled like cleaning chemicals tooooooo much. I couldn't even stay there for 2 minutes. They changed my room but smell was the same. Then I left the door and windows open for hours and I was able to sleep at night. Worst hotel experience ever.
We wanted water bottles and they were not available. Any hotel should have that 24/7 it a basic thing!!! NO DRINKING WATER. MADE US WALK ON A COMPLETELY SNOWY DAY TO WAWA TO BUY WATER. Staff was a real stupid.
Very good location to visit the various attractions in the area. Rooms are clean if a bit small. Bar and restaurant have a nice ambience for a suburbs hotel.
