Overall, everything was slightly above average for comparable hotels. The room was nice and comfortable. I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange. I will definitely be back when I'm working in this area again.

We were on a road trip and were very happy with the new, clean look of the hotel, large room with separate couch/tv area, friendly staff, easy parking, and nearby eating options. It was the nicest Holiday Inn Express we’ve been to. We were only there one night but saw how nice it would be if we were to be there for an extended stay. Next time we’re passing through Tracy we will definitely stay there, and will recommend to others. We loved the Afghan restaurant we went to for dinner.
I couldn't even stay in the room. There was hair and dirt in bathroom. Sink cracked and counters were dirty. I was in room for a total of 10min and left. As I was leaving there were people parked behind hotel working on their cars and a mobile home with some scary looking people. I live in Tracy and was having my bathroom remodeled so needed a day away to have a restroom. Id rather use a bucket then stay there.

The property and rooms were well maintained and very close to restaurants and shopping, the evening desk staff member there was very friendly and had a GREAT sense of humor!! The breakfast was a very nice bonus! It was a little out of our way but would definitely stay there again if the situation arose. The price was not at all bad either. Thanks for the laughs, clean room and delicious breakfast!
The room was very large for a standard room, lots of space, large bathroom and separate room for shower/toilet. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot items and cold. You don't need to go out for breakfast, just eat at the hotel and you will be satisfied. There are even hard boiled eggs and oatmeal for those who want a light breakfast.
The property was run down. The furniture in my room was old and out dated. Some of the light didn’t work. The shower was too small, not enough room to turn around. The outside walkway had dog feces. The most enjoyable thing about this motel was the staff. They were super !!!!
The location was perfect for us. We visited our daughter and son-in-law in Tracy, and their home was
in walking distance. Just a great location for us. It just so happened we had to make a trip to Kaiser Medical
Offices and there it was, right up the street.
Breakfast was OK, not much verity over the stay.
The hotel smelt very strongly of air freshener which wasn't pleasant.
There policy for a room clean after 3/4 days needs addressing. This is not enough.
