Titusville seemed like a blue collar town with few decent amenities. Restaurants in particular were very poor. Its main advantage is its proximity to Orlando Airport and various locales in that part of Eastern Florida, especially the Kennedy Space Center.
I was there for wildlife photography. its proximity to Orlando Wetlands and Merritt Island was a big plus. I also was able to travel to Vero Beach and St. Augustine and it worked out well.

We stayed here because close to Kennedy Space Center, and Cape Canaveral and Blue Springs State Park. We were able to get to Orlando airport easy as well. We would avoid the Hotel we stayed in. It was a very disappointing Hotel. Smelly dirty and noisy

We chose Titusville for its proximity to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and we were not disappointed. The area has wonderful birds with easy access by car. I saw multiple new "life birds" and got great photos.

Later the AC was making a burning smell and the front desk could not help us with a different room.
Throughout the night the room was filled with burning smell ! It was a terrible experience for my family.

Titusville has become run down since the space center...
Titusville has become run down since the space center funding left. After about 8 pm, it feels unsafe to walk around and there's a large population of vagrants. Nothing really looks maintained except for Titus Landing, the rest seems to have been left to fend for itself for a decade...
The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. The room was super comfortable, large and clean. I felt right at home and slept like a baby after a long day of travel. I didn't use the facilities since I just stayed a quick night, but based on the room, I'd imagine the pool etc would be nice too. There's a restaurant on site but I drove to town for dinner. Didn't want to stay in the hustle of the beach attractions as I was just visiting the space center, so this hotel was perfect!
Not applicable: we refused the room due to overpowering, sickening fumes from cleaning chemicals. We immediately canceled the room and did not stay there. We returned the key within 5 minutes of receiving it but Hotel manager flatly refused to refund the two days' charge to my credit card. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to remove $207 charge for a 1 minute room inspection. You must see the room before allowing them to see your credit card.
Great hotel located near Kennedy Space Centre. Very clean hotel. Room exceptionally large. Very clean with comfortable beds. Large clean bathroom. Bar service available in lobby with small food selection but also close to local restaurants. Staff friendly. Great breakfast selection of hot and continental foods. Enjoyed our three night stay here.
The location was great. This was probably my first RV experience and I am very happy with the arrangement. The bunk bed were good for kids. Everything was like a hotel. And guess what we did saw the rocket launch. Suddenly the ground started shaking. We thought we had and earthquake. But it was SpaceX launch.

The location for Kennedy Space Center was very good….the hotel was clean, food was delicious in the dining room. (We ate dinner and breakfast there) the most friendly employees I e ever encountered at a hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay again if ever in the area.
everything! I will make this hotel one of my stopping points while traveling in this area! the hotel was clean, updated, nice staff, comfortable clean rooms and bed! love the pillows! best of all.. the coffee was good! most hotels do not serve good coffee, this one does!
Fantastic location on the edge of the lake. A group of four friends travelling around Florida. It was nice to be in a secluded area away from the hustle of Orlando. The accommodation has everything you need and more. Felt like we were really camping out
Basic but comfortable hotel with an attached cafe/resturant called IHOP. Rooms had air-con, fridge and a microwave. All the staff were very nice and super helpful with all our questions.
I was really impressed with the room and how amazing I slept. I travel alot and this is one of the nicest hotels my family has been too. I'm a huge fan of extended stay of america.
We will be back! This was a last minute stay and I'm so glad we chose this hotel! Beautiful roof top bar/restaurant. Would be a great place to watch a launch!
