Super nice place! The Woodlands is a beautiful area close to downtown Houston. The hotel itself is just wonderful. It has a large pool where you can actually really swim! Everything super clean. And spacious! Complementary parking outside the hotel. A bed that embraces you. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent complimentary WiFi. Really yummy breakfast for $14 extra. Staff was wonderful especially in the lounge kept everything clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. I have to give the valets an extra shout out as they were so fast and hardworking.

I liked the restaurant, they played Hozier music to help make up for the canceled concert. The front allowed for complimentary late check out due to the storm. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

I recommend this place on its cleanliness merits alone. Aside from that if you are going for business IN HOUSTON TX…. Look for a hotel in HOUSTON. This was oddly laid out rooms and way too far from where I needed to be.

We were there because my husband was having cancer scans the next morning. We traveled 5 hours to get there so we really were not interested in anything else that evening. We did find that there were a number of good restraunts nearby. And we were very close to M D Anderson for his appointments the next morning. We were told they have one coming to Houston soon. I hope so. Our favorite hotel there is in a slow decline.

They have so much to offer from dining to shopping , paddle boats, walking, everything was clean , very clean and very family friendly. We even had a scavenger hunt at the splash pad. Everything was well lit and beautiful

I stated extended stay America at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway and Houston Texas and I stayed there 3 months it was the best hotel that I've ever been at the people were friendly this location the room is 1/3 the size of the rooms at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway and the staff was extremely rude the room was dirty it had big old bar soap in the middle of the shower and the room was just nasty and they wanted a pet deposits the one that's at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway doesn't even charge a pet deposit I everything
The property was in a perfect location for us as there are restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk. It is also possible to walk or take the free trolley to Market Street, the waterway and the mall. It is within a 5 minute drive of the I45. The host was very responsive. We were a group of 4 and there was plenty of seating in the open plan living area. Access to the swimming pool on the lakeside, the parking garage and the well equipped gym was a plus.
Very, Very,Very Clean, Affordable and Comfortable. I love the setting of this hotel especially how beautiful it looks at night. I love how the bathroom had a shower only, we had a minor issue with one of the staff members I guess she was having a ruff day but overall the staff was awesome. it was also close to everything.
The free breakfast was adequate. The location was the obvious reason for the hotel choice, within 5 minutes of M D Anderson CC in the Woodlands. Located next to Willies' Grill, and across from a shopping center are positive for the location.
Also, the staff was friendly. and the gym was adequate.
Loved the way we were greeted and treated as we got there! Such a beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery! Really clean rooms, really lived up to our expectations! Would definitely be booking there our next stay in the area!
The main reason for our visit was to attend a concert. It was so easy and convenient to just walk to and from the concert through the sky walk. Also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and the mall.
Easy check in/out, clean rooms, quiet in general. Great for a stay at a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. Would definitely consider staying there again when back in the area.
We did not eat breakfast there at the hotel.
