Beautiful environment, very friendly staff, front desk, bell hop, and valet were all very attentive and happy to help. Great location to go to all the places we wanted to go to. It was quiet and dark, was able to sleep comfortably. Wonderful bathroom, great walk in shower with shower head and wand, nice hot water.

Nothing, when I arrived the front desk personal refused my stay due to me purchasing my reservation online . They made me sit out side in the rain and would not let me charge my phone it was horrible. I want my money back and booking.com still hasn't refunded me my funds

I recommend this place on its cleanliness merits alone. Aside from that if you are going for business IN HOUSTON TX…. Look for a hotel in HOUSTON. This was oddly laid out rooms and way too far from where I needed to be.

We were there because my husband was having cancer scans the next morning. We traveled 5 hours to get there so we really were not interested in anything else that evening. We did find that there were a number of good restraunts nearby. And we were very close to M D Anderson for his appointments the next morning. We were told they have one coming to Houston soon. I hope so. Our favorite hotel there is in a slow decline.

They have so much to offer from dining to shopping , paddle boats, walking, everything was clean , very clean and very family friendly. We even had a scavenger hunt at the splash pad. Everything was well lit and beautiful

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants . The entrance to the hotel was had to spot but is right off the interstate so it was easy to access the interstate just watch the traffic because it is very heavy in the area of the hotel.
Super nice place! The Woodlands is a beautiful area close to downtown Houston. The hotel itself is just wonderful. It has a large pool where you can actually really swim! Everything super clean. And spacious! Complementary parking outside the hotel. A bed that embraces you. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent complimentary WiFi. Really yummy breakfast for $14 extra. Super friendly and supportive welcoming staff and reception crew! Thank You Mr. ZERN! Affordable rates! And check out *The Woodlands* itself! It is beautiful here.
I stated extended stay America at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway and Houston Texas and I stayed there 3 months it was the best hotel that I've ever been at the people were friendly this location the room is 1/3 the size of the rooms at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway and the staff was extremely rude the room was dirty it had big old bar soap in the middle of the shower and the room was just nasty and they wanted a pet deposits the one that's at 1500 East Sam Houston parkway doesn't even charge a pet deposit I everything
Everything in the room worked, which is not what I have been finding at all the other hotels that I have stayed in beginning in 2021. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and mini-frig in the room. I was booked in a 2nd fl room originally and told the elevator did not work. I was lucky they had a rm on the 1st fl that I was able to change to because I cannot carry my luggage, etc. because of medical issue. Denny's is next door.
Very, Very,Very Clean, Affordable and Comfortable. I love the setting of this hotel especially how beautiful it looks at night. I love how the bathroom had a shower only, we had a minor issue with one of the staff members I guess she was having a ruff day but overall the staff was awesome. it was also close to everything.
The free breakfast was adequate. The location was the obvious reason for the hotel choice, within 5 minutes of M D Anderson CC in the Woodlands. Located next to Willies' Grill, and across from a shopping center are positive for the location.
Also, the staff was friendly. and the gym was adequate.

The room was in the back of hotel, farthest from the interstate which helps keep room quiet. The rooms are generally quite. You don't really hear the people around you. I like the decor.
Easy check in/out, clean rooms, quiet in general. Great for a stay at a concert at the Woodlands Pavilion. Would definitely consider staying there again when back in the area.
