Brand new, nicely decorates, great pool and BBQ area. Breakfast was better than comparable hotels.
Very bad experience with this property. Day before our trip they cancel the reservation with out any reason and ignored messages from me and Booking.com. I booked this place for about $400.00 for three nights. I end up paying for our three days stay in Dallas hotel $1100.00.
1. 1.5 Hr of Happy Hour (beer, wine & light snack)
2. 7 min walk to Waterpark
3. Comfy beds
4 The hotel smells really good too
5. Close to ALOT of stores in walking distance (Restaurants, Wendy’s, Walmart & Dollar Tree)
7. Be prepared to purchase your own breakfast bacon 🥓 & cook it in your room.
8. When you need service (AFTER you check in) for all the staff to claim the don’t speak English… so they don’t have to get it for you ijs….

We spent the night in adjoining king suites with our 6 grandkids for a holiday stay-cation.
We had a blast. The most fun was wearing our PJ's to the dining are and watching TV and playing games that evening.
Hilton made our Christmas Stay-cation extra special!

This is a nice area to hang out and there is plenty to do.
This is a nice area to hang out and there is plenty to do. It also has a beautiful atmosphere. Grandscape is still being developed. There are things to do in other areas of The Colony. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. Some of the entertainment includes attractions for all ages, a movie theater, live music, a Ferris wheel, shopping, beautiful restaurants, nice areas to walk around outdoors, and plenty of free parking.

Public areas seemed clean. The room was quiet. Negatives were many. With no daily room attention, we were also told they had no more coffee pods or daily supplies for the room. The breakfast {not included} was terrible. We ate out after that. The baked goods {bread, muffins, etc} were out in the open air getting stale. There were no attendants monitoring the steam table for proper temperature. There was an egg dish with what looked like velveeta cheese in it, and it was terrible. There was pancake syrup and no way to make pancakes. We even had to ask for coffee. There was no black tea available, only decaf, and the water was barely luke warm.

My room was just musty, damp and humid like there was a bad water leak and it wasn't properly dried out. The hot breakfast bar was great. They offered a great variety of choices. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable night's stay.
I did not make it for breakfast but the hotel was very comfortable, great location, staff was very friendly. You could make the room extremely dark when you wanted to sleep in and loved that the check out was at 12pm it gave us enough time to get some good sleep and travel back.
Hotel manager Ms Sandra was a great help. We needed to extend our stay for two more nights. She really went out of her normal duty to help us to secure a room with reasonable cost. It was a great experience to work with her. Thanks Sandra!
Got to the hotel and many people were standing at the front desk and no one was there. Waited 10 minutes and then wen tii ok the Ace’s across the way for a bit. Called a while later and someone was at the desk
I didn't eat the breakfast because another couple that lives in the hotel (3 weeks) stated the breakfast was disgusting and the people who cook it is nasty. They said they found pest in their food.
The rooms are spacious, location is excellent. Many food options within a 10 mins drive. The beds are comfortable. Lots of free parking spaces are available next to the hotel.
West,running the front office made the stay such a fun and exciting expierence for ourselves and the kids..The location and hotel itself way surpassed our expectations.
New feel to hotel. Enough parking. Good location for the area. Room was on smaller side but good value for the price overall. Bathroom provided plenty of space.
Great rooms, at least the studio I had was perfect. Breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular but basics are there. Lovely hotel all in all and will come back
