The breakfast was better than average but not exceptional. The location was good for us. All of the staff we encountered were happy and smiling. It seems to be a good place to work. The lobby area was very comfortable looking. We didn't use it, but saw many people happily using their laptops or sitting and chatting. Also, everything was very clean. I was happily surprised that the maid came by 3 days out of 4 to do a clean-up, make our beds and give us fresh towels.

Price was reasonable but the room inside and outside was dirty not clean at all. I guess you get what you pay for, housekeeping never came to exchange towels or refill toilet paper during our 3 night stay with 3 people.

Taylor, Michigan Comfort Inn & Suites has outstanding customer service from ALL the STAFF!! Hats off to them all, especially Julie, Diana and Michael (all the front desk staff & engineer staff as well !); they accommodated our family’s needs and made the visit exceptional wonderful. We are most grateful and thankful for their diligent and sincere work ethics! Would certainly recommend this locations- great prices, clean facility and a generous breakfast!
Tipped staff to change linens , was never done . 3 days no one cleaned the room.
Staff mopping with stinky mop. Staff talking about not being paid good and they will go to another job. On top of everything kicking me out for another guests load voice and other hotel clients making noise , not me or my kids . I would like a refund of part of my stay or I will continue to speak to higher management or google review.
I have really warmed up to Home2 over the past year or so. I travel quite often, resulting in a very snood opinion of most hotel chains. Aside from one other, Home2 is my go-to preferred hotel chain. It tends to not have the kerfuffle and ruckus of most other places. It's sophisticated and trendy, with fabulous staff, and a delicious breakfast.
Super friendly staff, always smiling and extremely helpful. We forgot the little bags for our son's poo diapers & the lady at the desk gave us a few small bags. Quick to clean messes made by the guests. Clean room, cozy, spacious & I really liked the shower. It was easy to find and get to the hotel.
It was the worst part of the experience. Very few options, no condiments. The bread for toast was in a plastic bag that was tied closed and the guest had to use tongs to go into the bread bag to get a piece of wheat bread. There was no jelly. I will not go back to that hotel.
The property was very well kept, and the staff was very helpful and very nice! Very convenient to be located next to the Mall and several other shopping centers. Our family will definitely be staying here again for future visits to Taylor!
Very easy to get to, plenty of restaurants around the area, plenty of activities also around to go do. Room was awesome and big. Beds was probably one of the best I've had for a hotel. Great place, would stay at again.
Very good hotel. Easily reachable by car within 25-30 mins from very the center of Detroit. Modern, clean, big room, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, spacious parking. Everything as it should be. Thank you !
Breakfast was mediocre, usual hotel breakfast. Eggs and sausage.
No bagels which I'm used to seeing at many other locations, just plane white toast was the only option I saw.
