Staff were courteous and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and coffee was really good! Close to turnpike which made it easy for traveling. temperature in room was comfortable. value was good. Safe area for single traveler.

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

Compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at, the room was awful. It had a peculiar odor. It was not as clean as I expected. The tile had mildew and
the tub wasn’t the cleanest. The water didn’t go right down the shower and the toilet seat was loose. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was also no makeup remover or lotion on the vanity. The breakfast was so/so. The TV was out because of a thunder storm, and in general if we had planned on staying in the room other than to sleep, we’d have left.
It's been over a decade since I last experienced such a satisfying stay with a hotel. On top of the extraordinary cleanness and refreshing odors everywhere I walked, the personnel was amazing! From the reception agents to the cooks to the room service staff! I appreciated every interaction with each one of them. Their sincere smiles and attention! Thank you for an amazing experience and I'm definitely coming back to your hotel. I'm done with searching and checking reviews!
Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are comfortable nicely furnished and very clean, with iron/ board, fridge and microwave. Bathroom lovely and clean.
There is a good restuarant just a few steps from the hotel which serves good choice of food/drink (The View) so you don't have to drive to find somewhere to eat. It was perfect for our stay.
I loved that the hotel was close to sawgrass express to commute and good places to eat in the area. I especially liked that the hotel had a full laundry room and kept very clean, the convenience to wash clothes was also a plus when traveling a week. The kitchen was really great to have which helped save money on dining-out.
We had an emergency so this was booked on the drive here as we learned on the way she had Covid so staying in her condo was no longer an option. The location was great as it was close to the hospital. The staff was super friendly. However it should have been more like a 50.00 a night hotel.
Everything the staff was very friendly, professional, the location was great not far from my job,. The rooms are huge & very clean. The price was very affordable for the length of time we were there. I would definitely go back & recommend this hotel to anyone
I did like how the room was spacious clean and it smelled good even in the hallways some hotels smell like smoke due to guests do smoke but this hotel didn't mess with my nose at all and no bugs thank God I will be going back
Very very dirty hotel. Worst than a cheap hotel in a third world country. Roaches everhwhere. Bugs and flees in room. I requested change of rooms and told them about issues with the room but nothing was done.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you so much! I loved the fresh water with cucumber and oranges, and the free teas and coffees. The hotel also has a laundromat and a pool
