Swainsboro is quaint and the downtown area fountain and square are so very lovely. Good food/restaurants! Not much to do there, but a nice little GA town, especially if you want to get off of 95! US #1 is slower, but so much less stressful. I would add pictures of the Edenfield House and the beautiful fountain in the square downtown, but everything loads upside down!

Very comfortable room with a nice kitchenette and dinette set. I had my morning coffee outside both days. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Loved the outdoor spaces for guests! Great accommodations for the price! I usually stay in the Hampton Inn for double the price, but the Lawrence Village B&B will be my go-to when I am in the Dublin-Swainsboro area again.

We left with a full belly. There was no hot food but the waffles made up for it. I loved walking my dog on the neighborhood behind the hotel. The location was perfect off the highway. There was alot of restaurants down the street also.

Love the look and feel of the Edenfield House, it’s like going back in time to the gilded age. The innkeepers make you feel at home and the breakfast is excellent. Great overnight stop when enroute from Florida to the mountains.

It was gross with roaches and dirty floors say you’re at Burns on the comforters. The room smelt gross staff appeared to be high on drugs when checking in hotel pictures do not match what we had to stay in.

Comfy beds and plenty of space in the rooms. Very nice and pet friendly, no huge fees for dogs. Large back area for dogs to walk and go potty in. Overall very nice!

Best hotel in town, IMHO. No functioning pool, although advertised. Beds were comfy, linens smelled fresh. Parking was super easy.

I like The fact that it was almost as if you were at your own home instead of being in a hotel environment
