The hotel is close to Sawgrass Mall but not quite within walking distance. During your stay, it's best to use Uber if you don't have your own transportation to move around; it's quite reliable, cheap, and quick. Don't expect too much help from the reception staff as they aren't very attentive to guest's needs. Some reception staff could do better and maintain a more welcoming attitude. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping does a good job maintaining cleanliness.

The restaurants visited has deteriorated. Visited the Red Lobster, Burger King in the Sawgrass mall was the worst as they gave me a chicken burger when I ordered shrimp. Outback food has really deteriorate.

Everything one would like for their vacation was central.

The young lady who checked me in was Outstanding.
The young lady who checked me in was Outstanding. Her quality of great customer service was appreciated. I have 2 complaints though. We needed wash clothes and the cleaning services said that they didn't have any. The other , I left my sweater there and put a complaint in with the housekeeping and emailed the manager. They said that they were not responsible for any lost items. I was a little upset with that because I'm pretty sure that the ladies cleaning the room after we checked out, saw it. Overall, my friends and I had a Beautiful Stay. Gorgeous Hotel. This hotel is in a Awesome location aswell.

The area is clean and near the mall, a gas station is near to full up, also has snacks. The property may be difficult to locate for first timers but once you locate it, it will remain easy, turn left at traffic light going east on Sunrise after Wendy's which is on your left.
The staff has been incredibly helpful, the hotel is very near to Sawgrass Mall and it was a great option for a small stay as ours. The breakfast was included and had good options, not many variety but still good options. We had a very pleasant stay with them and altough we had an issue with the payment, they were very prompt to resolve it.
when I arrived, I found out it was a residential property NOT A HOTEL, which is what I booked.
it was an AIRBNB which I would of never booked. Their was another couple there that was just as mad as I was to find out we would be staying at a house with people I didn’t know.
needless to say I, I found a hotel room close by the Arena.
The location was fantastic for Sawgrass mills. The hotel was clean breakfast was very good for variety and staff all friendly and helpful. Staff at reception approachable and helpful. Reception allowed us to check in very early as we arrived early from a cruise which was so great .
The Staff was fantastic. The hotel was horrible. If you have no expectations you can stay at this hotel. If this is the only place you can afford you will get what you pay for. Anytime the elevator has to continually be reset, the owners have no care for their customers.
We chose this location for visiting Sawgrass Mills and it is literally 3 minutes away from the hotel (walking). It is also close to the Everglades and Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is nice, room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was continental and very delicious.
I have enjoyed my stay at Sunrise Efficiency. It was clean and cozy. This place has great amenities. Petrona and co-host Maureen are great host. They respond very quickly to your messages. The hosts are very accommodating. I will readily stay here again.
The staff was very attentive and receptive. Duncan, Jorge, Yasmin, Gladys and the Assistant Manager were particularly efficient. If their job were the only aspect to take into account, I would give La Quinta a perfect review!!!
We stayed here for the convenience of being next to the mall as we had flown in to shop for a couple of days. The hotel is nice and new and staff were helpful. The bar on the roof is really nice for an end of the day drink.
The only good of this hotel its close to the Sawgrass mall, means works if your travel its for shopping, and its easy to run away from there, the I595/I75 under 5 minutes.
The location was perfect .... the owner treated us like family . We were very comfortable. We felt at home 😊 Will definitely recommend Sunrise Getaway👌
Well they got me hooked on those cookies!! so great! We enjoyed our stay there and breakfast was great! Loved that there was a starbucks in the hotel too!
