The scent of wet carpet, was my initial impression. We were delayed in arrival 3am check in, very tiring. I requested a change in rooms an was quickly accommodated. I accidentally left a bag in the room closet.secured on a shelf in the closet Rm 306. Only the house keeper who cleaned the room had access but because it wasn't reported I was advised my matter would be reported on Monday. I was very disappointed with your company's protocol or lack there off. Acquiring the items was difficult for me (2mugs from Sacramento Airport and a tee shirt). I felt violated. My experience with the laundry mat - needs to be made easier. For international travelers who don't wish to download apps on their phones just to wash a load of clothes I think is extreme.

Not much too like the place is old and dated. Way overpriced for what you get.
Musty smell in the room as soon as you get in it’s very noticeable. Windows very dirty unable no see outside. I would not stay here again. Sorry that the Wyndham name has dropped to this standard.

Nice safe quiet location near grocery stores and restaurants. Not far to get onto highways. Breakfast items inconsistent and not always replenished. Pool smaller than in picture but nicely landscaped. Snow birds always down early to save chairs. Plenty of free parking and free washers and dryers nice touch.

The facility needs updating. There was no safe in the room and no housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was skimpy and appeared to have been rationed.

However the rooms A/C was noisy which made it difficult to have a good nights rest. There was no microwave to warm up leftover meals. All
matters were reported to the front desk who stated that the Hotel was full but they could change rooms later in the trip. Four days later we declined and decided to stay where we were.
Breakfast was typical Hyatt Place offerings. Breakfast area a little small for number of people staying at this hotel due to evacuation from Hurricane Ian on West Coast. Daily housekeeping a definite plus. Housekeeping staff went out of their way to try and accommodate special requests. A conference room next to breakfast room was opened to allow for overflow breakfast clients. Location was very good. Lots of restaurants within a 10 minute ride. Hospital 2 blocks away. Easy access to airport and cruise ships.
I traveled with my dogs and they made them feel very welcome. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Every single one that I came across was happy and friendly. The woman at the front desk, Nina, went above and beyond on a daily basis. Always making me and my poodles feel welcome. It was like coming home. I will stay at this location every time it is necessary because of your staff.
My grandson leave his Jordan tennis there in room 412 and I call then and tell then about it and I till then am coming back in December because I always go to residence hotel now I call then to fine out if they get the tennis they tell me NO .I know he leave it there someone's have it .I will never come back there again 😒.
Room was big and comfortable; in overall we had a good stay though cleanliness needs to be re-evaluated in terms of frequency. Staff was friendly and helpful most of the time; but one day that hotel run out fresh towels they were a bit rude with the customers asking for towels.
We had a great time based at the Plantation Marriott Courtyard on our annual two-week golfing vacation. Our accommodations were were very good and well located in a nice town with lots of restaurants and stores. Front desk staff were pleasant, always on the job and very helpful.
Very modern hotel with free parking, free Wi-Fi and nice pool. We had a spacious room with a very comfy king bed. Everything was clean and the bathroom was very nice, too. The staff was friendly and we had a great stay there. The breakfast was VERY good.

The hotel was clean and well located. Staff was very welcoming The room was spacious and well appointed with a full size fridfe, microwave, and small range. My room was on the fourth floor I enjoyed the view and the sunlight that came in.
Out of all the La Quinta hotels I’ve been this one is the best. As a truck driver sometimes it’s hard to find quality hotels to stay and this one was over the top great, comfy and clean. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.
The location is such a great proximity to the shopping areas, the hotel is always clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and offered such amazing customer service.
