Very cooperative in rescheduling the date of my stay.
I was originally booked for 2 nights. I stayed 1 night only. There was no one on site for check in. We were given a code to access our room. The outside of the hotel was dark and dirty. The toilet was dirty. The sheets snd towels were dingy and stained. The air conditioner leaked water on the floor. Someone entered our room while on the phone with management being told it was his room. The trains run through the area often making lots of noise. The owner marked us as a no show when we actually were on site. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The biggest disappointment of this stay was I booked 2 nights, march 19th and 20th
I called on the 18th and told manager wasn't going to make the 19th but would be there on 20th, he said no problem and when we get there he said we would only be charged one night, then when we left he said we had to pay for both nights, will never stay there again😡

The only thing we are dissatisfied in. The amount we were giving thru booking.com was 87.00 totAl. The employee told us she used our credit card to hold the room. The amount was 100.00 total. She said this amount would be credited back after we checked out. As of today we have not received our 100.00 credited back. How long does it take.

If we had chose a different hotel I think it would have been better we absolutely stayed gone the entire time cause we didnt enjoy are room . However we did enjoy holly beach and the ride to the beach even seen alligators off the side of road cut are trip short a day early we were so ready to leave the hotel put alot of money into this trip and wish we had a do over 😂I recomend going on down a few exits and stay somewhere else or check into a RV or boathouse right on the beach we didnt know until after we got there that we could have stayed on the beach that would have been better!

If you don't live in the area( I live 80 miles north) it's a great place to hang your hat for a get away to the coast or any where between Lake Charles and Cameron. Between the casino's in Lake Charles and the great fishing between there and Cameron there's plenty to do and no shortage of great places to eat both in LC and Sulphur and most of the restaurant's and motel's in Sulphur are in the same square mile stretch of highway at I-10 and 27 South yet it still manages to stay quiet at night.
Over priced for 2 full size beds when I was under the impression it was 2 queen. HOWEVER, the ac was on in our room cool waiting for us and it was VERY clean! Didnt see any bugs or anything. Could use more towels and rags especially when you book a room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Also need to update address somehow cause the address on site is NO where near the actual location. Had to go to a days inn 3 miles away amd found out I was at the wrong one and the man told me where to go. Other then that it was nice. Enjoyed our stay!
There was no breakfast which was fine, the Waffle House is literally a 2-3 minute walk right beside the hotel lol! The location was great also 12-15 minutes from the Casinos! We booked 1 night but stayed 2! We loved it!! Will definitely book anytime we are in the area!!

Staff. They were friendly and helpful. Priceline price was high for the area and the hotel but decent in comparison to what was around for a last minute stop.
Breakfast. It was easy and had a great variety. The area clean and welcoming.
Smell. The main hotel area and even the elevator smelled clean and well kept.
The Location was Excellent. The desk clerk was Amazing. Had no problems at all checking in or during the stay. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying at that Location whenever I am in Louisiana.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel. Everything you needed, clean, comfortable bed, ice in lobby, quiet air con. Price was amazing, given the rooms were in better condition than most twice the price.
Rooms felt roomy, had microwave and coffee maker in room. Hotel and rooms felt very clean and staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very well stocked with plenty of options.
The hotel was not close to casino. Had to drive. Very upset that paid as much as I did when seen I could get for cheaper. Thought I was paying for location, but was not the case
This appears to be a brand new hotel. Or recently and completely remodeled. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was located nearby a lot of conveniences. GREAT price!
I was put out in the middle of my stay as I got off work I was told the board shut the hotel down due to lack of permits and I had to leave immediately
