Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

Rooms very tastefully decorated & superb bathrooms
I was given a handicap access room which I did not ask for.
I was given a handicap access room which I did not ask for. Therefore the showerhead was up to my chest and I had to practically do a backbend to wash my hair. The bathroom ceiling grate was black and there was pubic hairs all over the floor and bathtub. I will not be staying there again.

The place is dirty, sketchy, marijuana smell alll day and night and also a lot of different men visiting the same room🙄 manager charged my card double and I’m fighting hard to get it back!

Experience simply horrible!
The hotel is in a location near both my children. The staff could not be more helpful any you need they take care of right away. I had to extend my stay due to small medical problem , the general manager Chirag Tailor was most helpful with the arrangements. He was able to keep us in the same room which really helped.
This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. My wife and I will be staying here again in the future.

If the hotel is going that major renovations they should not be renting rooms to customers. Especially when the phones in the fire alarms do not work in the room what I really would like is my money back I wouldn't. I wouldn't recommend anybody going there right now and I'm going to report them. To the authorities
Hotel was updated, neat and very clean. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. A chef was on location and cooked eggs, omelet, avacodo toast, sausage patty’s at your request. There was also cereals, bagels, baked goods and assorted coffees. Very nice!
This place reminded me of a motel not hotel the hotel was out dated and the lights on my room didn’t work there wasn’t even a working phone to notify the front desk. The next morning I today the front desk about my he said oh sorry to hear that

nothing. And, I am surprised that you would have such a dump in your choice of hotels to offer your customers. It is a bad reflection on your organizaton.
