Location and staff. Room was great, close to pool and the staff at the restaurant was great. Free kid dinner and breakfast was amazing and appreciated. Highly recommend for families with kids.

Their internet was down when I arrived and I wasn't able to check in so I had to go to a different hotel. I did not stay there.

Location was good. Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed.
This hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from Central Muskegon and 6.5 miles from the beaches of Lake Michigan. It features an indoor pool, hot tub and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Comfortable beds and courteous staff. Didn't feel our bathroom was properly cleaned, the hotel restaurant was an absolute joke. Our room was suppose to be view of the water and only water view we had was the closed up pool.

Loved the closeness of the Lake Michigan beaches.
Loved the closeness of the Lake Michigan beaches. We visited in July and the weather was warm--even the lake water was warm. We visited Hoffmaster and Pere Marquette (Muskegon) and Grand Haven State Park. They were all great.beaches
breakfast was good..but due to short staffing and a lot of guests...we would choose to eat elsewhere next time.
ideal location / picturesque..would stay here again for sure...and actually plan on it......Spring Lake town itself had a nice selection of places to eat and to grocery shop......nice pool also
The breakfast was very good! Great house with comfortable rooms and access to all that Grand Haven and Spring Lake have to offer. If you like old fashion eclectic style you will enjoy your stay at Bella Mia.
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The maid service was accommodating as well. it was especially nice to walking downstairs to eat. Food was great!
