Nothing really the room was dirty we asked for a different room and was told the GM doesn't like doing that. Our needs wasn't met only attempts was to bring a microwave and refrigerator which was supposed to be in the room originally. needs The breakfast was limited even though it was supposed to be a full breakfast and the juice machine was down. Only breads was white,wheat and plain bagel or make a waffle there was no butter so it was all plain. The first day the sides were eggs and under cooked sausage it was still cold in the middle the next day they didn't have bagels just toast, biscuits and gravy with with yogurt and cereal and no juice.

The rooms were clean ; the beds were just right . The staff and service was excellent, the breakfast was great had hot items and plenty of things to choose from. Only issue we had was the last morning we were checking and went out to our vehicle we had found that it had been broken into , we are not blaming hotel at all things happen everywhere. They helped us contact police , they went above and beyond to help. I still give them 5 stars

I really appreciate that the place was clean the best was nice and clean had plenty of clean towels I don't think that I can think of and it's not a real big deal the lighting from the outside shine into the room
The room was larger than a normal hotel room with comfy furniture and a bigger than normal tv. The breakfast was plentiful and had folks refilling things as they got low. Coffee never ran out. The people at the front desk were above and beyond friendly and helpful and always smiling, especially Lynette. We plan to return next year, or any time we happen to be in the area. And, I’m switching from Marriott to Comfort Suites for the hotel I look for when traveling.
All is good. Knew what to expect since I have stayed there about 10 times in the past. Kinda surprised that I could not get a printed receipt since I booked through a 3rd party. Don't know why, but it's cheaper to book through Booking.com than directly with the hotel.
Location was perfect for me; near family.
Breakfast was ok the only day I could get it. Not available on Monday. Somewhat limited for reserve and handout due to virus restrictions. Could have had something rewrapped any other time.

Debbie was a true pleasure and the first impression when arriving early on Friday. She set the tone for a fabulous stay. The staff, the hotel updates, the room and shower, all great!
Breakfast was great as always. It's one of the main reasons I stay at Hampton Inn Hotels. My kids love the swimming pool and it was clean and the kids had a blast.
