It was a really cool and cozy place to stay. I love that it was not crowded. I really love the location it was in and the room decor was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Keep in mind this is an old Hotel that is basically a place to sleep at night. The location was great....lots of shopping and eating places near. Access to major highways so it is a good place to stay. Prices were great for a 10-night stay for me.

This was a decent looking hotel and the room was good/comfortable. It was easy enough to get to and the staff was very friendly. I was so disappointed that they had a pool, but it wasn't available to us. Also, no continental breakfast. I llok for that when I am booking, so to arrive and not have those things available was annoying. I felt cheated.
I was glad about hot food being provided at this loc. However, there is some opportunity for improvement with the quality of the food. The eggs and sausage links could use a new recipe. The waffles and sausage patties were great! I could tell the space had recently been renovated. It looks very nice. The rooms were clean, fresh and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. I felt safe in the area. The front desk folks were very pleasant too.
The location was fine but the hotel room are not up to part at all tbe ceiling was hanging in my bathroom they said no smoking but upon entering the room a towel was wrapped around the smoke alarms so that waa poor cleaning on house keeping the room should not have been in use it should not be rented until they can fix the ceiling glaze the tub again get rid of the mold smell
Made last-minute reservations as we were in Chicago for a funeral. Communication regarding our reservation, which was done online, was good, and check-in was easy. The location was great for what we needed. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Having breakfast, which was good, was a real convenience. Overall, a good stay.
Tried to check into my room and was met with a dirty room..Tried two different rooms and was met with the same thing along with a smell of dirty body oder. Booking.com and along with the hotel are giving me the run around about refunding my money. There were no clean rooms.
Decent stay. Comfortable bed and room. Clean. A little outdated in spots.
Breakfast was typical of hot breakfast options, but sausage patties were floating in water or something. I could tell some things had been updated, but other areas looked cheap.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff are very professional, courteous, and welcoming. My room is a good size, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Thank You.
