Staff was friendly and helpful, room was dated but very clean, beds were comfortable. Close to highway and multiple restaurants. The Inn was perfect for overnight stay. Would stay here again.

Somerset is the classic stop-over night on the way to someplace close-by or farther away, right off the Pa. Turnpike with every chain restaurant and motel nearby. The Flight 93 Memorial is a fairly short drive, as is Johnstown, with its classic incline lift and the 1888 flood memorial and several state parks.

Somerset itself is a nice little town.
Somerset itself is a nice little town. Many restaurants and gas stations for convenience. The Hampton is in a great location right off the turnpike. It was clean. Good breakfast. Quiet halls. Friendly staff. Pool was outside but since it was chilly, we didn’t use it but looked nice. Cookies and candy and coffee available.
We were in for a wedding and they allowed us early check in which was great. Would definitely recommend this Hampton.

We were surprised at the many things to do that were close.A simple stroll around the historical society was terrific. A short drive to many beautiful places. Plenty of places to eat and shop if you forget something.

Dos Amigos has excellent, authentic Mexican food!
Dos Amigos has excellent, authentic Mexican food! We even planned to stop on our way back through. There's also a little shop in the same building is worth a visit. We only had an overnight stay but could easily stay longer to view the beautiful scenery. It is very close to Stoystown 9/11 Memorial. We stayed at the Days Inn because it was pet friendly. Very clean motel.

Hampton Somerset was a great choice. It was very clean.
Hampton Somerset was a great choice. It was very clean. Room a nice size. Fabulous breakfast available. Everything I hoped for. My only problem was trying to get to it from the road. The GPS wanted us to get back on the turnpike. We could see the Hampton but couldn't get to it. We called and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and kind.

The price was excellent. The front desk was very informative and helpful. The location of the hotel was so great for food and convenience stores. The breakfast bar was sufficient and had a lot of breakfast items along with milk, juice and so forth.
This hotel is modern, clean, the staff at reception well organized, our papers were ready when we arrived. Parking is easy. There is an elevator if you are on the 2nd floor. The breakfast had some good options such as toasts and peanut butter.
This was the first hotel we used in Pennsylvania since we arrived from Texas and they we very polite and the price was great. It's also located near alot of things in the town so you can get alot done.
Awesome breakfast. Hotel is older but super clean. The person at the front desk whom I believe was the owner was so nice. He made us feel very welcome.
