The food was OK. But when we for a few seconds should pick up some more at the buffet, coffee and remaining food was taken away from our table. We were not finished, and would never have left so much food. Please let us keep our food!

We were on a ladies weekend trip. Smithville Historical Museum and Inn was a charming, affordable place for us to stay as it was located near 2 other towns we wanted to visit. We ate at Humphrey’s Bar and Grill in downtown Smithville near the Inn. It was very good. We also ate at the 169 Diner for Breakfast. It was excellent and priced right! It was a 25 minute drive to Weston, MO, and 30 minutes to Excelsior Springs; both great little towns to visit, too.
