The property itself seemed very nice but when I went over to the pool area with my daughters which there was supposed to be adult supervision, approximately 10 young 14/15 year-old teenagers, were bouncing around in the pool diving splashing screaming, and there was no parent there to redirect them. It was very loud and noisy to appoint that we had to leave the swimming area.
This hotel is less than 10 minutes from downtown Woonsocket and 20 minutes from downtown Providence. It has an indoor pool and serves a hot breakfast every morning.

Hotel excellent but needed a car for the location. Further away from Newport than I realised. Service excellent and hotel very good and comfortable. Wouldn't stay more than 2 nights as not a lot to do around there. Strangely enough no changing room or shower for using after use of pool or gym.

we had a wonderful time at this holiday inn in smithfield and we were able to visit our grandchildren who live close by. it was a wonderful experience, the room was clean, roomy except we were disappointed that the breakfast was not available and that the pool was not in service.

I spent 20 mins waiting for an attendant to greet us. Our room was given away. After we came back... waited another 20 mins for the same person to assist us... we were told the hotel was completing booked and that there was nothing that could be done. The staff member blamed a supervisor from a previous shift and reluctantly told us a new room across the street could be booked, meeting our request for two beds (the room they tried to give us only had one for 4 people). Upon calling the new hotel, we were told no such booking had been made by phone, email, internet, text... in any way, but that it could be done at that moment. We arrived minutes later only find two bookings and no ability to provide a receipt of a zero charge from the other hotel with whom they appeared to be affiliated with.

Check in was easy, room was at location I requested. Staff was friendly. Breakfast provided ample choice. Room as just like a suite should be. I would recommend a floor lamp by the couch, to provide better lighting to read a paper. Best of all it's easy on, easy off the highway and close too many attractions. I would recommend Parentee Restaurant, just down the road. Good food, reasonably priced and pleasant service. Go to Iggy's for the Best clamcake in Warwick if you have time. It's right by the water.

Fabulous suite , felt like an apartment !!!! Really lovely and such nice staff . Great value. On a college tour so Bryant University minutes away . Great restaurant across the road named “Laura’s Bar & Grill “ ... would highly recommend hotel and the restaury👍👍👍👍👍👍

I travel a lot, and it is a best hotel I have ever stayed in! The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The breakfast area is very cozy, the breakfast itself is excellent - eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, yoghurts, everything is delicious and fresh. The only problem is the noisy air conditioner. It’s time to replace it with a quiet and modern one.
Breakfast is very good and changed very day, sausage is very special good. Room is clean and have fit room and swimming pool. Parking place is very nice. And there is a restaurant in front of the hotel also very good and delicious food. A gas station is near the hotel and very convenient。And there is a very big casino about 5 miles far away you can visit.
Standard issue chain hotel with a nice lobby and breakfast area. Room was large and comfortable and linens were clean. Felt it was a little overpriced for the area but we also booked last minute.
The pancakes from the pancake machine at the breakfast buffet literally made my day (it’s the little things in life).
The room is clean and well-equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, knives and forks, so it is a good choice for families. In addition, the breakfast is better than other express hotels. I generally was satisfied with the hotel if there was not double billing.
It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel, as we always stay at other nearby hotels. It is at an adequate location to get us closest to our events since the other hotels were already all booked.
Breakfast was quite adequate, not exceptional. Location was good for us.
