The room was good. Bedspread had a fowl smell, but, when we complained, we were given a new one that was okay.

Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed...
Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decent

I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool.
I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. I didn't like that the phone lines in the room did not work and was told that you could use your cell phone to make calls.

Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting.
Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay. Now I can’t get my money back because I booked through a third party

The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean.
The worst part of this trip was that my room was not clean. I also had to pay in advance in order to keep my reservations which the app said different. I recieved a very unpleasant women from the hotel that could not even explain this reason. Upon arrival our bathroom was horrible and the refrigerator had ketchup I believe all over it. This was the worst sonesta I have ever been in for the amount I paid the pool was not even open and the breakfast was nasty. Will not recommend staying here till the get better housekeeping and customer service skills.

Warwick is a large city in RI. It is not very picturesque.
Warwick is a large city in RI. It is not very picturesque. The Buttonwoods area is very nice. I am sure there are places and events there that I am not aware of. I was mainly visiting family. Getting around Warwick is a little confusing.
The location and the style of the hotel was very unique. The waterfront views, hotel room, and gym facilities were all great. The restaurant was wonderful as well. The chef was personable and speaking with customers and checking up on everything. The man who ran the buffet was incredible. He was greeting every customer and checking in on every table, while bringing coffee and toast to everyone. He was cleaning everything nonstop and was smiling nonstop. I wish I remembered his name, but his presence made a big impact on the restaurant.
It was overbooked. Booking.com sold a stay but no rooms to stay. That was the first time that this happened to us. My husband and I are seniors, we got that about midnight with my son and daughter, the flight delayed because of weather conditions. We were astonished when informed about this. The manager found another hotel around for us to stay. We had to go walking with our luggage. Still, Hyatt charged us. A nightmare!
The hotel was absolutely disgusting. Bullet shot glass at the entrance. Large blue laundry bins lined the hallways. Carpet was torn in all hallways. Many people tripped. Trash left in hallways. No working ice machines and the free breakfast wasn’t open until 7:45 when it was told 6-10am. Room wasn’t cleaned. Hair from previous guests every where and dirty under sink. Everything was bad about this hotel
The location is conveniently located near the airport and rental car return. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel when in Rhode Island. Would recommend for business travel. The Iron Works Restaurant is connected to the hotel as well!!
The hotel was extremely dirty. Our room smelled like urine and bleach. The bed was disgusting. Had stains and cigarette burn holes in it. There was no hot water. We felt unsafe and left as soon as morning came. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Needed an overnight stay next to TF Green airport to ca5ch very early morning flight, hotel was mext door and very convenient. Also had family with us, including 7th baby, room was comfortable and large to fit all of us.
it was very comfy, the room was a great size, bathroom shower had great water pressure, the black out curtains made it seem like the sun never came out. also the cheapest hotel I could find !
The king rom was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast the next morning was terrific. Very nice room - bigger than most hotels I've stayed in and the food was good.
