Breakfast was mediocre and overpriced (Almost 13 USD if bought separately, plus tax ). A rather bland and tired mix of scrambled eggs, some fried potatoes, sausages and bacon. A very limited choice of bread and toppings. Some cereals and youhurt. Staff was very slow to refill coffee. Only orange juice (likely from concentrate, given the slightly bitter taste) on offer as morning beverage.

Wow! The Guesthouse is such a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and stylish. It had everything we could possibly need for our 4 day stay with a well equipped kitchen, lots of white fluffy towels, lovely bathroom products and super comfy beds. It is really easy to get downtown from the hotel - just hop on the 22 bus that stops outside or take a short walk to the nearest ‘El’ train station Argyle. We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Chicago.

Your hotel was perfect to stay at to go to my grandson college football game! We got a chance to go far a walk along the river on the NU campus in Evanston, before the game.
My favorite thing was seeing our grandson play as a freshmen and being able to come back to our room to eat and watch another game on TV. We had plenty of space in the room to fellowship, eat while spinning sweet time with him to get cause up.
We would love to stay when we come again if there are any more great deals to comes up.

Skokie has some beautiful shops and parks.
Skokie has some beautiful shops and parks. We explored the Skokie sculpture park, which had some interactive activities with it, so that was neat. The outdoor shopping mall was beautiful and well maintained. There are awesome restaurants around the area, and it is only a 25 minute drive to downtown Chicago.
The room was nicely furnished and absolutely spotless. Easy to sleep at night with dark shades on the window and extreme quietness. Breakfast was awesome and the dining area was way above average. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. This was our third stay at this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.
Hotel was in a good location and was comfortable. we got upgraded to a studio which was nice but it was near the elevator lobby on that floor and we could hear voices of people coming in and out of the elevator throughout the night, which was unfortunate.
Overall our stay was comfortable and the rooms were fairly clean.
I cut my big toe getting out the shower be careful one staff member named Maria gave me a very hard time I stayed two nights the second night she told me the hotel was booked which was a lie she froze my card somehow when I tried to pay for the second night and was very rude she made me and my family switch rooms also
Everything. What I noticed and has been very consistent throughout has been how you guys ask us what we need before we even ask. Very appreciative we are! The sincere effort ( when its so easy to brush it off ) on the hotels part is amazing!!!
Staff helped me out with some minor reservation issues and everything ran smooth, no complains at all. Hotel is kinda weird because it seems that the building was originally made for other purposes, but it worked right
They gave dirty looks and absolute no respect for the customers, such a shame. I’ll be letting others know to not come to this bad hotel. They don’t know how to treat customers at all, they have no manners.
The hotel receptionist was racist, she showed me a very bad attitude and upset face! I asked her where was the room she showed me the wrong direction. Too bad experience!
