Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

Prior to booking I had never been there in that area. When I got there i was a little nervous. The outside of the building looked a little sketchy but once I got into my room I was really floored. I thought it looked so comfy and cozy! It was inviting to me!! I loved the bed! Usually It is very hard for me to actually fall asleep in hotels but once my head hit the pillow in that bed I fell asleep and stayed asleep. I'm looking forward to my next visit!!! Front desk staff was professional and very welcoming after a three hour drive and everything was clean and beautiful from the time you enter the front door which set the tone for our over all stay..rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast waste tasty and delicious and hot!! Excellent excellent service!!! I've been to expensive hotels where I didn't receive even half of the wonderful service that I did here at the laquinta inn in Shorewood Illinois
About the most quiet I've ever had at any hotel and I traveled a lot. Very clean facility's. Only issuse was the shower door wouldn't stay closed and when it did if you touched it it would open by itself.
