Check in was relatively easy, staff was kind and helpful. When we checked in we were told we were on the second floor, so we looked for the elevator - there wasn't one, was able to speak to front desk staff and have our room switched to a first level room without issue, we were grateful for that as we are both disabled and unable to go up stairs, especially with luggage.
