The room was clean and the location was good because you're not jammed in the middle of traffic. Beds were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The front desk lady was nice when I finally spoke to her. Very professional.

Convenient to locations. Staff was friendly. And able to get clean towels, and stuff throughout the day as needed. You could raccoons at night, they like how you can feed them, but be careful. Internet was pretty reliable, but had to work from room for work and kicked me off a few times a day for the week.

Beautiful countryside and mountains! People are friendly. The traffic was a bit heavy, which I guess is to be expected in a touristy area. I will not use any rental agencies to book events/activities again. They are tourist traps!!

Beautiful and location is great for tourist attractions such as pigeon forge, dollywood and Gatlinburg. Are all right within a 15 mile drive. State park is gorgeous. Cities and country areas are within a short drive. Loved it!

There is always something to do here.
There is always something to do here. The drawbacks are pretty simple: it is packed with people. So if you want seclusion, this is not your place. While there are many nice restaurants, I've never gotten a great meal here.

Beautiful and clean.I loved all the friendly people.Enjoyed all the museums etc…they were everywhere you looked and a great outside look of the great smoky mountains!Also just next door to us was a Flap-Jack restaurant my granddaughter loved!It seemed like the main road took you through three fabulous cities and with great attractions everywhere you looked.We had loads of fun! I would highly recommend this beautiful area in Tennessee.
My daughter and I came to Sevierville, TN for a 2 day Cheer Competition. I'm a single mom and we were somewhat hesitant about staying in a house occupied by someone else. Thankfully we were pleasantly welcomed and never felt unsafe. The price allowed us to enjoy other things in TN rather than paying outrageous hotel prices, taxes, and fees. We came and went during our stay and were greeted by the adorable dogs every time we returned. Great experience for us can't thank the owners of Rileys Pad enough!!
Great building with lots of character and history. Loved the small number of rooms in the hotel. The suite was amazing, undersold in the pictures. This place was bigger than our first house and even nicer than our current house! The full kitchen was amazing. Having two showers was a huge bonus. The bedrooms alone were as big as many hotel rooms. It was quiet. We couldn't hear neighbors, and even the road noise was not bad.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool hours were excellent. We were there for a volleyball tournament and this allowed us to enjoy the amenities offered at the hotel. We also liked the parking in the back of the facility. I have mobility issues and slopes are difficult. This entrance made it easier.
Nice, clean rooms, with furniture in good condition. The bathroom is spacious, the lights are bright and if sunny the window let in enough sunlight. Breakfast has many options, both savory and sweet, even if it offers the usual. Outside, near the hotel, there are groceries, fast-foods and gas stations.
Would have been content to stay at the cabin the whole trip rather than going anywhere and just soaking in those views. Hot tub was great.
Board games and foosball, air hockey very entertaining. Very comfortable beds and a bathroom for each bedroom, excellent.
We loved everything!! The room was amazing and big and clean! And the waterpark was included and wonderful! On sight restaurants didn’t get to try them but a plus to be available. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was painless and effortless.
The cabin is in a beautiful location and is set up for any size family. Everyone loved the pool table and arcade and had fun searching for crawfish in the creek! It is conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Our hosts were great!
Chose a cheaper hotel room so we had more money to spend in Gatlinburg with our kids. The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff do a great job! For the price, the room beyond exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again
The hotel was okay, their sign clearly sad older than most but cleaner than other which was true. Some of the amenities were outdated, but they were putting in new carpet.
Breakfast was a joke. Booked 2 nights got woke up by housekeeping to turn over room. Quality is you pay for what you get this could be listed with hourly rates.
Breakfast was above-board. Coffee Fresh, the rooms super orderly, and the staff is superb. Excellent service at front desk. All around, a 9.0 out of 10.0.
The size of the room was unbelievable. The facility was very nice and the location is outstanding. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else.
