Greg, the owner of the house, is really wonderful, very communicative, and wants to make his guests stay as comfortable and positive as he can. Greg is also an amazing artist, and the entire house is artistically articulated, and you'll feel like you're staying in an art museum that's designed just for you, rather than in someone else's house. It's really comfortable and well-appointed.

Very basic, old motel if you are looking just crush one night. Always we see nice photos online but when you get there then you see real colors. It's like to play lottery.

Very few restaurants. Many not dog friendly and one that was, put us in a dog room that wasn't fit for a dog. Another place we popped into that was on the internet listing great food, was a hole in the wall that only had frankfurters and beer. The best service was at Burger King where thankfully we were able to get a meal and were treated with respect and thankfulness.

Lots of great restaurants right on the water with delicious food and a great view. I wish I stayed longer and will be back. We ate at Mulligans, Captain Hiram’s, and had a Long Island style egg sandwich at Moe’s Deli. Everything you need is within minutes like Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shopping, etc, I just am not a fan of the one way roads but I got used to them. It’s a great place to go without breaking the bank and it’s not overly crowded, there’s lots to do.

Credit card machine inoperable so had to pay in cash...
Credit card machine inoperable so had to pay in cash including $100 deposit. Room door wide open upon arrival. No top sheet on beds, no towels or bath mat, no soap no shampoo, no spare toilet tissue, TV didn't work. No trash can, no paper towels. Noisy due to proximity to main highway. After one hour I asked for money back as nothing had been done, but was informed there were no refunds. Waited some more for maid to show up and make bed, deliver towels and trash can and hook up a cable box on the TV. Still not tissue, bath tissue or paper towels. Gave up and stayed. In morning you have to call number on door to check out. At 9:00am I called and there were several other customers waiting. She finally showed up after 20-25 minutes with an attitude. Inspected room and gave me $100 deposit back.

Sébastien inlet is really nice.
Sébastien inlet is really nice. The beach side isn't crowded, nice waves, not too rough and the cove on the other side is great place to get in the water with no waves. I also had 3 manatees come up within 5 feet of me and frolic.

We love the beaches and the Sebation inlet.
We love the beaches and the Sebation inlet. Everything you need or wand is a short distance. Resturants along the riverfront were great. The peirs and parks were well kept and lighted with access to restrooms even at night. Felt very safe and had no problems.
The hotel is very clean, good breakfast, the room was good size and great location.
We just had a little inconvenience after check in as we looked at the bed sheets the mattress cover was dirty and we asked to be change, it took forever and the staff provided us new mattress covers but it was not the king size we were back and forth at the reception and because of short staff we need to improve with 2 bed sheets to cover the mattress as they didn’t have King size mattress cover available. Other than this issue, everything was a good stay.
Good location close to our needs Easy check in, but those with physical disabilities should note that the office to do so is up a flight of stairs - there was an elevator, but good to know ahead of time. Very pleased coffee packs were there to use for our first morning! Nice little area for eating, and one for sitting to watch t.v. it was pretty small, though) All in all a pleasant place to stay when visiting family.
Values and cleanliness is important to me..this their strength. The receptionists was very friendly and without prompting we felt she gave us a room with the best view. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities necessary for a good hotel stay. The coffee machine in the lobby was great for the early departure!
The peaceful serene atmosphere was just overwhelming. We needed for nothing as we had everything a hotel will usually offer; towels, soap, coffee, etc. My husband loved the fishing dock offered to guests only. We can’t wait to come next year.
The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I eat at the restaurant across the street which is owned by the hotel and the food was excellent. Overall, the experience was very good.
We were pleasantly surprised due to the age of the Motel. It was quiet and the room was very nice and comfy. I enjoyed the walk in shower as I am disabled. Really enjoyed the stay. Will come again.
