Location next to the river was beautiful. Also right next to the restaurant. Very convenient! Loved the sounds of the waves, and the birds!

This was a perfect location for visiting our Son who is training in Vero. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor space (and games) and enjoyed the pool. The rooms were very well sound proofed (we didn’t hear other guests at all when we were in the room). We would definitely stay again if visiting Vero. (The kitchen Aid combi microwave/oven was great and a surprise).
This all-suites hotel is in Vero Beach, Florida and is 2 miles from the Vero Beach Airport. This hotel features an outdoor pool and a flat-screen TV in every suite.

Credit card machine inoperable so had to pay in cash...
Credit card machine inoperable so had to pay in cash including $100 deposit. Room door wide open upon arrival. No top sheet on beds, no towels or bath mat, no soap no shampoo, no spare toilet tissue, TV didn't work. No trash can, no paper towels. Noisy due to proximity to main highway. After one hour I asked for money back as nothing had been done, but was informed there were no refunds. Waited some more for maid to show up and make bed, deliver towels and trash can and hook up a cable box on the TV. Still not tissue, bath tissue or paper towels. Gave up and stayed. In morning you have to call number on door to check out. At 9:00am I called and there were several other customers waiting. She finally showed up after 20-25 minutes with an attitude. Inspected room and gave me $100 deposit back.

Sébastien inlet is really nice.
Sébastien inlet is really nice. The beach side isn't crowded, nice waves, not too rough and the cove on the other side is great place to get in the water with no waves. I also had 3 manatees come up within 5 feet of me and frolic.

We love the beaches and the Sebation inlet.
We love the beaches and the Sebation inlet. Everything you need or wand is a short distance. Resturants along the riverfront were great. The peirs and parks were well kept and lighted with access to restrooms even at night. Felt very safe and had no problems.

My favorite part was the house.
My favorite part was the house. It was beautiful and spacious and quite comfortable. However this was not a vacation for me; this was a move from one house to another with different closing dates. However had this been a relaxing vacation, one could not find anything better.

Beds were great. Refrig. and microwave fine.
Beds were great. Refrig. and microwave fine. Everything else need updating. Toilet ran all night. Office closed at 5 and didn't return our call to get password. What if we had a real emergency. Ants in room and all over bathroom.
I booked and paid for a pool view room with pictures showing a wonderful pool view, arrived with no view....couldn't upgrade because they were booked and wasn't refunded the difference. Then at 7am Sunday morning there was a bike race and the finish line was located directly outside our window with chanting and screaming for sever hours to come.....not a pleasant trip.
Values and cleanliness is important to me..this their strength. The receptionists was very friendly and without prompting we felt she gave us a room with the best view. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the amenities necessary for a good hotel stay. The coffee machine in the lobby was great for the early departure!
Loved this little area of Sebastian. We were in the room he was upgrading next. The place was clean and best of all they had bikes and kayaks and was very close, walking distance to many great food and drink places. We will be coming back. People who own it are very nice. We loved it
This hotel is well-managed. Everything went smoothly during our visit: spacious clean room, helpful, friendly staff, lovely pool, secure doors, well-lit parking lot, yummy, well-stocked breakfast, and delicious coffee in the lobby. We will return. :)
No water bottles anywhere available, ants in fitness room. Mold in bathroom. $300 a night? Terrible. Way over priced i wouldn’t pay more than $120 a night for this average at best hotel. Beds not comfortable and sheets didn’t smell clean.
The location was superb as were the front desk staff. From desk staff were very well trained, helpful and professional. The same goes for the cleaning staff. This is a superbly managed hotel! Keep up the good work!
