This area is one developed by Big Oil, there are no bike lanes, saw 1 bike in 3 days. There is almost No public transit. Saw 1 bus in 3 days. There are many miles of roads that go by undeveloped land, but there is a lot of traffic for the population of the area. Just what the oil company’s want. This is also & mostly a view of Layafette.
have stayed there before and liked. we were unable to stay this time because hotel overbooked and bumped us and we had to go to Holiday Inn. Booking .com should look into these situations. not first time this has happened. I truly like use service of Booking.com but not stress of having to find another hotel last minute. this time was a few hours before checking!!
The bed was very comfortable. The shower head was great, as sometimes these spray everywhere or barely work. The towels were nice, not scratchy. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was adequate for a 2 star hotel.
The brightest spot was Amber, the registration desk person. Very nice!
Lafayette, La. They say breakfast is included but all it consists of is cold cereal and different types of breads for toast. There was coffee and juice as well. Not bad but really should have been clear on the continental breakfast
Convenience, right next to Nunus and all the great Boudin places like Best stop and Billy's and Dons, and cost, less than neighboring hotels off I-10. Rooms were clean, bedding and pillows were very comfortable and clean!!
I loved the fact that they had a ceiling fan in our room . It’s the only hotel that I’ve stayed in that had one . I never could figure out why hotels never had ceiling fans before .
